Parking is a little confusing. Paying someone oersonally and not on your room charge is strange, but he was very nice. 2 large and 2 small towels but no washcloths in room. Room service did not respond to refresh sign 2 days. Toilet paper holder falling off wall. We reported it so hopefully will be fixed. The "lost and found " system is, like the parking, strange. Seems that someone kept my lost item until someone else told us they had it. Hmmm........

Room very clean. Breakfast excellent and restaurant staff lovely. Front desk extremely helpful. Small fridge in room great. Comfortable bed and good shower. Grounds surrounding hotel exceptional and the ability to walk or sit outside in greenery was unusual.

I contacted the hotel ahead of time twice that I will check in early and that I had 2 small dogs with me. When I got there I couldn't check it until 3.. telling me I should have contacted the property ahead of time which I did already ... staff doesn't really answer the phone either.

The room was amazing, and the area for my dogs was great.

noise level of fridge and air condition (i think at least for the fridge a better vented location might reduce it a bit...)

Staff really good and professional rooms and overall hotel looked nice room was large and well equipped a lot of good food options around the hotel incl. a large (asian) supermarket While a bit away connection into the city was not too bad (but plan ~45min with public transport)

There were small maintenance problems, but nothing big. Like the sliding door could use a little grease.

Great retro vibe. The furniture from the 70's is great to appreciate, admire and think how it's survived 50 years of hotel use. Amazing. Bed was great.

I was a little worried at first when I pulled up because the front area of the hotel didn't seem well maintained with broken sidewalks, and the front rotating doors were broken. (First impressions). I wasn't sure if I was in a good area and traveling with my son. I always check reviews before booking, so I was staying optimistic. The inside lobby area was beautiful, but the rooms were outdated some. My bathroom had a hole in on where they hung the holder, but the toilpaper still didn't stay on it where they put the new holder. It seemed off for the price. No continental breakfast! I wish I knew this ahead of booking. I should have researched better. I am traveling with my athlete son, and he gets hungry. The hotel store closes early at night as well. We got back late after his lacrosse games. There are restaurants across the street.

The restaurant was wonderful. The lobby was beautiful and the wooded view in the back was very nice. Their breakfast waa delicious, and their dinner selections looked great. The staff were friendly. My room was large, and the beds were comfortable.

Male staff were not good as female staff

Good place to stay. Not too far to everywhere I wanted to go. If I could get a higher floor room would be perfect . I stayed 6 nights . Will definitely book it next time .

No microwave fridge not working properly , room need to have better room due to room not being really clean. Under the bed and in between the sofa had food in it

The temperature control wasn't working- too stuffy; we were able to open the sliding glass door to balcony for air (but somewhat noisy facing parking lot).

make it easier to get ahold at the front desk over night, I tried all the phone #'s I could find online and I couldn't get through to anyone. The customers staying in the adjoining room either went out or fell asleep with their TV on very loud and it kept us up all night.

We just stayed one night. The location was great for my needs. We had an amazing meal at the Restaurant, our server was so nice.

The Indian girl at the checkout was exceptionally impolite and unhelpful, and it seemed like she was venting her frustration onto the customer.
