2 out of the 3 elevator stopped working for a few hours, they also took a lot of time to change floor. We waited up to 8 minutes one time. The A/C in the room was kinda noisy and hard to sleep with

If you get a view of the city from your room, it's beautiful in the morning. The room is spacious, has good furniture and a comfortable bed.

There were just a couple small things which we brought to the attention of the manager - two lights were out in the room and I found the pillows a little lumpy. I tend to be particular about my pillow so noticed these could have been updated. They are a little short on staff (as is every other service business) and we mostly noticed it during dinner and breakfast service.

The hotel and grounds are like a little island of quiet and green in a busy area. The lobby is very nice with some areas for lounging, a full bar and restaurant. The room was very nice and comfortable. Behind the hotel was a green wooded area with a hiking path. We got there a little later and didn't do the path but definitely would on another visit. We ate at the restaurant and had a very nice meal and a great server - who was also our server for breakfast!

The staff were cold, front desk and room maintenance alike. Don’t feel I am welcome.Not enough towels and shower gels.the balcony is old, the concrete is falling off from the wall. No breakfast included.

The accounting process was disorganized. I booked 5 rooms for my wedding guests. I had arranged to pre- pay ahead of time. However, the bride and groom were charged for their room. I went to correct the mistake , they charged my credit card and have not refunded the bride!!!

The location was convenient and the accommodations were excellent - bed and linens were exceptional.

Very very dirty windows ,had a great view ,couldn't enjoy it ,,Need to hire window cleaners,couldn't understand why there's balconies but you can't use them ,are they unsafe because of the age of the building ?

The shower was too small as it had a separate bath. The bathroom was large, so this was a poor design. 18 bucks a day to park - this should be included given there was no shortage of spaces.

Room was huge, hotel was well located, views from the 20th floor were great and the price was right. Small maintenance items with plumbing fixed promptly.

Requested early check in that was denied. Needed a private area while waiting for our room so that I could breastfeed/pump, staff member was very unhelpful and offered no solutions other than a bathroom down the hall which had no electrical outlet to plug in my pump.

The pool was not heated as it was stated in the description. Since there are not many things around, not having the pool as an option for family activity we were quite disappointed The Asian restaurant attached didn't have enough staff so we couldn't dine Location is quite far from everything

It is quite far from the city center. The exterior of the hotel does not match the photos. The balcony of our room was in terrible condition. It seems that the building is very old and the balcony has almost collapsed due to age. We were afraid to go out. It's just a shame for a self-respecting hotel to have such a balcony.

The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. Parking is quite large.

Just a couple of nigs and nags where the hotel looks a little tired and requires a bit of a refresh or refurbishment, the gym and pool area definitely do other than this super fab and the hotel is super clean and always smelling nice and fresh each day 👍😎

The breakfast was excellent every morning and the food available around outside the hotel was very convenient ranging from a wide variety of different cuisines👍😎,
