The curb appeal is deceptive, the place looks a bit run down from the outside, understandably so considering the ongoing renovation clutter. Despite that it actually enhanced the joy of finding such a pleasant room, the contrast was a pleasant surprise

The staff was super friendly and we really loved the renovated rooms.

The area carpet on the floor was a nice touch but could be a tripping hazard to some. Likely an ongoing renovation completion item but there was no door sweep/seal on the bottom of the entrance door leaving a notable Gap. I think the bathroom sink faucet water lines are cross connected where the hot is cold and the cold is hot.

Recently renovated and spaceous.. Most room items were new and the room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Well appointed. Nice TV. Bedding materials were very nice.

No daily housekeeping, but that seems to be pretty standard now a days. It would have been nice to have at least have someone come by and offer to change towels and empty the garbage.

The beds were super comfy, and the room had a nice big deep bathtub perfect for soaking after a day of surfing. The location was convenient with all of the town's major amenities within a block.

Perfect location we enjoyed three different restaurants all within a 2 minute walk of the hotel. Also, they provided a nice large, clean room it was perfect for what we were looking for.

Room was spacious, had been updated with new furniture and a renovated bathroom. A pleasant surprise as the sign and exterior doesn't make it look that nice.

The location was good. The room was nicer than we expected upon arrival and seeing the exterior of the motel. Very clean, comfy beds, fridge, microwave. Not a luxury motel by any means but it served our purpose for staying in the quaint, friendly village of Ukee and seeing the beauty of Vancouver Island's western shores.

Very worn down motel. There is no daily cleaning, explained by our 'privacy'. The price charged was $20 more compared to Booking, they did not adjust it, promising to connect to 'manager' and 'explain' the difference and get back to us. Never did. The power in the bathroom went down the first day, and they could not fix it. If you use coffee maker and microwave and kettle at the same time, the power goes down, and there is no one in the office before 9 am to fix it. One mornong the water was shut down without any warning just when my husband was taking the shower.

Good location, walking distance to food, and down town area. Quiet comfortable place to stay, this would also depend upon how courteous other guests are. Economical place to stay when visiting Ucluelet and Tofino.
