The courtyard and pool was fun for the kids. Hot tub was hot! Rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent.

It would have been much better for us if the breakfast had been on the ground floor and would have liked to have the TV fixed

I like being able to park right outside the room But that does mean going outside and around the building for breakfast . excellent breakfast but located on the second floor making it impossible for my husband get there as he can not do stairs. we requested a ground floor room but when we arrived were told they only had second floor available but they did some shuffuling and found us a room on the ground floor Very nice rooms and good beds tv and coffee maker both not working in our room but taken care of in a timely fashion except never got the TV volume to work

The only thing that was definitely a turn off is that we didn't get house keeping not even once during our stay. And we were there for 4 days. So that was disappointing.

I loved the breakfast, lots of variety and super yummy. I liked how you could park so near your room as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The outside is well maintained.

The accommodations are in need of some remodelling, and the balconies appear as though they are going to collapse.

Debbie in the breakfast room was very welcoming and energetic; and the breakfast was very good. The pool areas were clean, and it is nice to have the indoor or outdoor option.

The room design was a bit odd and curtains never fully closed allowing corridors light to enter room all night.... TV didn't work properly at all! Even called maintenance but of no use. Reception called twice starting 8.20pm that people below us complained of jumping... we had two toddlers and couldn't really control their running around within the room. The window didn't even open to the parking and was covered by the other side of corridor wall which meant we couldn't open curtains during day even as people could see inside. Other than that, outside decor and setup was AMAZING, breakfast was really good, location was good too!

everything went well... we had a problem with a light in the bathroom. We advised the front desk and the repair was completed in less than an hour. we were very pleased. breakfast was nice but we did not use the pool but looked great The room was clean and well equipped with everything you would need. thanks

If the room provide USB that would be great. The staff here are friendly and helpful. We reached the hotel early, the staff told us to take a rest at their greenly courtyard facing their pool. Very happy stayed there 1 night.

On Sunday afternoon/evening, the hot tub seemed to stop working (wasn't hot and jets stopped working) and it wasn't very clean (hair, debris). Same on Monday morning.
