Very limited kitchen facility. Steep stair to 3rd floor location needs an additional grab bar on upper part of stairway to facilitate descent with a suitcase.......precarious without one. A bit iffy for seniors.

excellent location in central Wolfville. Easy walk to services. relaxed atmosphere and spacious room. quiet and good place to work. Manager very accessible.

Because it’s an old house that’s converted, you can hear conversations through walls and floor, as well as people walking around in the upper floor. It was loud enough to wake me several times.

The only downside was no onsite parking. I parked at a public car park about 5 minutes down the road. They did allow parking in the driveway for unloading/loading at the beginning and end of your stay.

Great location in the heart of Wolfville. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops, amenities etc. The room was spacious and clean with everything you need. There was tea and coffee provided, a small fridge, a microwave and a kettle. The bathroom was very pretty with a large tub. Loved it.

Instructions to strip our beds and put stuff in the laundry. Honestly! Parking works but more of a nuisance than the description indicates.

The mattress was hard. The air conditioner was far too noisy. And without the apartment was hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable. The refrigerator cycled on every 20-30 minutes.

Location is good. Their is pleasant ambiance.

The property exceeded our expectations! Has a homey feel with everything we needed for an excellent stay. Just a 2 minute walk to all of Wolfville. The owner was keen to insure we had everything as well as advice on things to do around the area. Would certainly stay here again.

As the weather was cold this weekend the apartment was quite cool. There was a space heater which helped.

bathroom was clean and good shower. Mini kitchen was well stocked with fridge, microwave, plates, utensils.

The exterior grounds, drop-off area, and back stairs need some attention. The drive was cluttered with construction debris, the front garden needed a lot of work as it was an eyesore, and the back stairs had no lighting which was dangerous. There is no parking at the property or on the street. A 3 minute walk to a nearby public park.

The building is in a great location in downtown Wolfville. The rooms are Flamingo and Cactus rooms are large, nicely decorated, and have small kitchenttes. The owner was very accommodating and helpful.

It was really, incomfortably cold in the room. There was only a ver small heater and it was defintiely no where near adequate to heat the room. The parking situation would not be ok if it was really cold. There is a parking ban in Wolfville beginning December 1st so you cannot expect people to park very far and walk to the house.

The place was comfortable, the bed was fine and we were ok with the room in general.

Bed was very creaky. No TV, toaster and no parking at property or on the street.

Rustic look. Nice shower. Large fridge. On location washer and dryer. Close to main street and all shops, pubs and restaurants. WiFi was very good.

The parking is very poor. The owner advertises “on street” parking which was a joke. We had to park in a lot that was two blocks away. Can’t imagine what we would have done if it was full. Room very small.

No parking. We were lucky and had friends in town. There were options close by but we didn't have to try finding anything. Pillows weren't too comfortable.

The place is a very short wall to downtown Wolvfville...30 seconds. Lots of really good pubs. We did a mini pub crawl and morning breakfast at the naked crepe was delicious!

Great contact with the owner. Very close to the city center, restaurants and shops. Quiet place.

There was no heat! It was 5 degrees outside the night we stayed and there was no thermostat in the room to turn the heat on. There was a single 6” desktop space heater to blow hot air on you overnight but the bathroom and hallway remained freezing cold. The host gave glib, unconcerned replies to our requests to turn on the heat. This made an otherwise great room an uncomfortable stay.

The room was super cute, perfectly clean, and in a great location.
