Friendly, bilingual staff (French/English), excellent location and very clean room.

Although there is an announcement about the availability of housekeeping, this is a point for improvement. Very strange not having daily towel changes and also not having the beds made during the stay. It was almost necessary to call reception asking for toilet paper.

The receptionist was very attentive and friendly. the pool party's are fantastic.

the lift was out of order during our stay and my husband and kids were going up and down 6 floors every day.

It would be nice to have breakfast included in the price. As there is a swimming pool, the hotel must include sleepers for each traveller, especially in wintertime.

The staff was very useful and kind. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfy.

There could at least be one or two bottle of water in the room for when a guest arrives.

Access to the places I wanted to go to was very convenient.

I try to order food from the restaurant at the hotel and they didn’t want to take my order because they claim to be busy and closet and one hour at the time that I try to order.

I loved the pool and the best was that it was open until late night.

The pool was ridiculously cold. In the descriptions it says hot or warm pool.... I assume they are referring to the hot tub although it states POOL.

Loved that the location was close to many attractions like downtown mega park and the aquarium. Lots of restaurants options just a short drive away.

We were just enjoying the hot tub after a long day of walking and it closed- 9:00pm Could it be open until 10:00 pm? Other people found the same thing. The pillows were a little hard and too lumpy for sleeping. Softer, flatter ones could be offered. We did check the drawers for different pillows. Same thing.

The room was quite small, the conditioner in the shower was empty, they did not provide pillows for the second bed, and they charge $10 to use a bathrobe! Restaurant menu was more limited than you’d think. And breakfast was expensive for what it was.

The hotel is lovely and spotless, and everything—a shopping mall, a restaurant, etc.—is close by. But I didn't like the bedrooms; they were tiny, and the bathrooms were relatively minuscule. I wouldn't only return for that reason. Additionally, the bedroom has terrible lighting. The bedroom requires brighter lighting. Finally, it was difficult to apply the makeup.

there was no lifeguard available , so the pool was off limits and that was one of the reasons we chose to book the hotel… disappointing

Front desk was excellent upon arrival and when leaving. They assisted me with my limited French and spoke English also. Our room was beautiful and clean. I loved the balcony. the pool area was so pretty. the waiter at Ginger was terrific. Our meal was very good and local wine delish.

The washroom door was always giving us trouble opening it up, the distribution machine only accepted change, they could upgrade it to paypass at least. Cleaning instruction was different from the desk and the room so we ended up not receiving any change of towel.

It's difficult to get a cab around. No option for "breakfast included " reservation. Lastly, our room was a bit dusty. We had to dust off the TV, table top and alarm clock because my partner has serious allergies.

Nice to have an indoor pool and jacuzzi, and some free drinks in the fridge. Location is near to some diners and Place Laurier as well.

the pool is very poorly maintained. the water is murky, has a foul smell, and no one could be bothered to squeegee the water off the wet slippery tiles. it’s an accident waiting to happen. the rooms were on the small side. there’s no daily room service, they only come in to restock your mini fridge and towels and empty trash. you are responsible to make your own bed.

They only come to your room after the third night. I appreciate the efforts to reduce waste and dont care to have my room cleaned daily, or sheets replaced, but they should come through to check/replace towels, coffee, etc. I also went to enjoy the hot tub, one of the reasons I selected this hotel, and was surprised to get into a tepid tub instead. I dont know why they have the heat so low, but it was not enjoyable. I didnt bother checking out the Sauna, but woudl not be surprised if it is mearly a slightly warmer room.

The hotel has interesting decor and was a good location for my needs. The staff was friendly and my overall experience was decent.
