The pool area had a lot of unsupervised children, even though the notices and rules were clear. So many things could go wrong. This area should be monitored and unsupervised children asked to leave until accompanied by an adult. I have required a delayed checkout a few times in the past due to flight changes and been given 2 hours free of charge. Pomeroy only offered 1 hour free with a $50.00 charge for the second hour and a full day charge after that. They should reevaluate this policy.

Quiet, clean, good breakfast options. The pool, slides and hot tub were well maintained and very much enjoyed. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Lobby, lounge and computer area had a welcoming vibe.

There should be a time near the end of the night that is for adults only in the pool. Especially for the price of the room. We also noticed that there were kids left unattended with no adult in sight and many young children were going on the slide even though there was a height limit. The computers had a sign where it said business only but there were kids playing games on them. It would have been nice to use it for business as I had a few things to do. The beds were quite hard but that is probably just my preference.

Location and that it had hot tub and pool. Room was a good size and the kitchen and bathroom were great. Breakfast was good.

It may be that cleaning staff are difficult to find but there was no room cleaning unless requested. I requested Dec 24 but no one came except to put clean towels outside the door. At the last minute guests were notified that there would be no service from Dec 25 to Jan 1. As a result even my garbage cans were not emptied for 6 days.

I didn't like the bathtub. It is too high. There is no handle to help me get out safely. The first morning I got out of the tub I almost fell because of how high the sides are. I am so lucky I didn't get hurt! You should definitely think about putting a handle on the wall to help "short" people get out safely. My husband isn't short and even he had a difficult time getting out. I didn't ask for housekeeping as I just wanted to relax and sleep in. I put my towels and garbage out (front desk said I can) but they didn't give me any fresh ones :) I had to call front desk to ask them to bring some to us.

I didn't have breakfast as I was on a relaxing get away :) so, I slept in. I liked the quiet atmosphere and the friendly staff.

The bed was uncomfortable and there were additional charges of taxes that weren't transparent when booking. There was an additional $40 charged in taxes above and beyond by the property.
