Dinner at the restaurant was overpriced and service mediocre.

Good location. Wood fire in the bedroom, fuel supplied each day - a lovely touch. Bar service excellent.

staff is fair enough It felt like the staff was rather unenthusiastic, but it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast cut off time was too early and we often missed it The massage function of the bathtub does not work.

good location, very closed to louise lake, of course it's pricey. The hotel is somewhat dated but well maintained and clean. There was complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning, which was just in time for us as we had just returned from watching the sunrise over the lake.

Perfectly located in Lake Louise and could easily walk to some restaurants! Although we thoroughly enjoyed their main restaurant and the fondue restaurant was top notch! Nestled along a bubbling river and set against the mountains you could enjoy views from all around the property especially from our room! Staff were friendly, helpful and very attentive! We loved the salt water pool, steam room and hot tub after our long hikes. Special unexpected touches like turn down service at night with treat from the chef and water bottles. Coffee and tea station set up in the mornings. Plenty of complimentary on site parking and beautiful flowers in planters all around and even inside. Will definitely plan on staying here again!

Bed - we rolled into the middle. Need to drive or get shuttle bus to start of most hikes.

The trains were a little disquieting, but we got used to them.

We loved the Swiss feeling of the hotel, and the pub was great. Staff was friendly and professional, and informative. We also enjoyed the small cocktail lounge near the main restaurant. The international staff was a big plus.

Log frame building, rustic feeling. Next to beautiful Pipestone River and walking distance to Lake Louise townsite. Transport options only steps away to visit the tourism locations such as Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.

No tea / coffee making facilities in the room! Although service was available at certain times in the lobby.

Lovely hotel with some nice touches! Pool was nice and it was very convenient for local.shops (supermarket / liquor shop./ cafe).

One thing that I would suggest to the hotel is that they place shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the spa washrooms. The showers in the spa washrooms were also dirty with a big lump of hair in one corner.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location with great access to the village. It is also easy to walk to Lake Louise from the Prost hotel (4km up hill). The hotel feels very comfortable and the staff and great. The rooms are big and the beds are really comfy. I also like that they all have balcony’s. The post pub is also great - good food and selection of beverages.

The room service needs to stay open a little later to order tea before bed. The tea pots can really be bigger😂 and please provide more channels on the tv without logging into your own account to watch tv thank you.

Our room was nice and comfortable and the fireplace made it cosy. Thank you for making up the bed and placing a snack next to bed. Thank you for making our stay special by placing champagne in our room with strawberries dipped in chocolate was really sporecuated.

Old style and basic facility is fine but we didn’t have even get hot water bottle or pot in the room, with room rate almost US dollar 400 a night, it is pricy.

Good location, beautiful scenery, friendly staffs, bottle water and pastry as welcome arrival, quiet and clean, nostalgic style.
