Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff meeting our stay very comfortable. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant was wonderful. Carmelita's is an excellent experience in dining on finely crafted , delicious Philippines food. I highly recommend the establishment on your visit to Grande Prairie.

CanadaThere was no coffee available. The Country Breakfast restaurant was closed. I had to ask for wifi password. Front desk staff was quite rude.
Good location and quiet. Bed was super comfortable. I felt safe as there were bars on the windows. Room was nicer inside than outside and looked Like recently renovated.

CanadaThat my room had no air conditioning and it was super hot so I had to keep the window open so my dogs didn’t overheat….being across from the mall and a at a busy intersection the traffic was pretty loud But I also have two large dogs that they happily accepted…..but because of that we we’re put in a room that has not yet been renovated so our room didn’t have air conditioning That would be my only complaint but considering they allowed my dogs and gave me a discount on the pet fees it was worth it
That it’s pet friendly, the staff was very accommodating and the place was clean inside and out , the price was very reasonable and the location is perfect everything you need is within walking distance

I expect clean, good smelling rooms, and Wild Rose Country Inn nails it every time!. The staff is absolutely exceptional!, they have now gone out of their way twice since we've been staying here over the past year. The laundry facilities are immaculate and you just can't beat the pricing of Wild Rose County Inn!.
