Dirt behind the bed, sticky floors that was not mopped. Ni information available how to use the phone, the T.V the wifi, the coffeemaker. The bathtop did not have a shower curtain on.when I used the shower water went all over the floor. There were two towels only no face towel I. The room. The blue shower towel smelled like smokes. I was disgusted and used my own clothes to dry with. The stairs were dusty and smelled bad.

There was no free breakfast, which seems like false advertising. The hallway smelled like cigarettes even thought it was a non-smoking room.

Price is cheap, the bathroom was nice and clean.

the attitude of the desk clerk had a lot to be desired. i had sent a request through the app to request a check in time of 2 pm. did not get a response from the property. when i called to ask about it they just said yes 2 pm would be fine and hung up. then when i showed uo at 2 was told there would be an extra harge for checking inearly which was not mentioned nor is it on their website for policies.

We checked out the morning of the 16th and the gentleman working at the front desk was extremely rude. The bed was unstable. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The spa bath which we paid extra for had mechanical issues. When we moved the end table to access an electrical outlet we found broken glass on the floor. The room was provided with only 2 bath towels, no other towels, for 2 guests in a spa bath room. We requested extra towels but were only given 4, which were stained and a mismatch of colors. Anyone who has used a spa bath suite knows this is not enough to ensure the floor remains dry. The ice machine in the hotel was broken during our stay. The TV in our room did not work at all. Our bed did not have a fitted sheet, only a flat sheet.

We checked in the evening of the 15th and the gentleman who assisted us at the front desk was extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The room was large and the hotel location was good. There was a microwave in the room. The bedding and bathroom were clean.

Jacuzzi suite was not working. Paid for 2 nights and only got the room for one. No accommodations, no partial refund....not impressed

The key would not work so the front desk person had to come let us into the room every time we went out but since it was a busy weekend had to wait until he could come. Also the tv would not work and he brought us down a fire stick to use but there was no USB converter to plug it in. Also there was no coffee in the room for the coffee maker and in the morning when I went down there was no coffee. Front desk person said they do not have coffee there although he gave some the night before. Only one bath towel in the bathroom also.

The room was up to date and comfortable. The front desk person was very friendly but was clearly overwhelmed and no other help available.

Got the King suite. Jacuzzi Tub didn't work. No toilet paper. No cups or coffee at the coffee machine in the room. Night staff promised me a discount at check out. Didnt get anything was told the manager would email me and nothing.

The front door to get in is always lock. You have to wait for someone to let you in. They charged my visa twice for one night and I still haven’t got my money back. They don’t charge the bed sheets in between customers. The staff is a disaster.

Cleanliness, no coffee in rooms, TV remote didn't have any batteries so we couldn't use it and just over all the Cleanliness wasn't the greatest as they had a couple say they has bed bugs and the staff wouldn't give them their money back

Staff service was horrible Staff don’t wear uniforms so hard to distinguish them They answer phone with a hello I had to always ask if I was speaking with hotel They have poor communication skills My reservation was for two adults and one bed At check in I was asked about this about 3 times since there was Only one bed in room and my friend was same sex as me Not sure what the guy at check in was implying but it made it uncomfortable and awkward Also eventhough the reservation was for two the room only came with one towel one key card . I went to asked around 1030 am the next day and was told to go back to my room and that housekeeping will bring it in 15 mins I was asked if I wanted to check out and told him no I Prefer to shower and check out after … I waited for 5 mins at front desk for towel then went to my room to get ready … my friend got a call around 1055 remind us check out is at 11 am . We checked out at 11 am . Sketchy clientele not sure if it’s used as a homeless shelter ?

We stayed 3 times over 3 weeks in September/October. The staff were friendly and on one occasion happily changed our room for one which was clean & fully equipped. The rooms were basic (as we expected for the price) but the biggest issue was getting the deposits refunded. On the first stay it came through fairly quickly, on the second I had to repeatedly ask but the last one was only refunded by our credit card company despite many requests to the staff/hotel - not satisfactory service.

Room was not very clean at all. Had to ask for towels ect that should have been there to start with. No Kleenex or spare toilet paper, again had to ask for these. Room was right next to noisy highway so we asked to move to a quieter room. That said they could do that but when time came to move they said they could not????

Close to what we wanted to see, but other than that not very much good to say.

We had blood on our sheets. They did replace with clean sheets. After we checked out, they charged my credit card $48.34 without my knowledge nor my consent and I was never issued a receipt for the charge either explaining what the charge was for. I tried resolving the issue with them but they refused to speak to me and only communicated through email. So I’m posting the messages for all to see.

No elevator. No complimentary coffee pods for the coffee maker. No regular TV channels, only streaming services and we had to ask how to get the TV to work. Needed a Firestick. One facecloth. We asked for extras, all we got were more towels. Too many kids hanging around the front door and parking lot. Broken ice machine.

The bed was comfortable. There was a refrigerator that worked.

When we booked it said breakfast is included but they did not have any breakfast. The place had a bad smell. The room was small. Bed was not comfortable and made noise.
