Rooms spacious and well appointed. Relaxing feel and decor. Reasonably priced restaurant. Good quality.

A little bit more thought on house keeping could improve out stay.

The initial room assigned was not good. A better room was arranged upon request.

Bathroom floor should have been cleaner and better stocked. Also a more convenient set up for hand towels. Hotel cafe could have had a better selection. Pool had a very strong chlorine smell.

There was quite a lot of stomping above us early in the morning.. Also, I booked an oceanfront room with a balcony, which we got, but I noticed that ours was deep in the farthest corner and the rooms closer to the ocean with the best views were not occupied. I wondered why we were not given the best ocean view room since it was obviously available.

The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, I appreciated the small refrigerator and the bath products. Also, it was nice to be able to regulate the room temperature and the fan. I enjoyed going down to the lobby to buy a coffee at 7 AM.

Very loud, don't stay on 2nd floor, my husband went to the car in the parkade around 3:00am. The card was not working, the front door was blocked and the buzzer provided nobody came. My husband slept in the car and due to having the car on the battery died and we then had to pay for a tow truck to boost my battery. Not impressed.

Lovely high ceilings, beautiful view, nice setting, comfortable pool and hot tub area.

The bed for sure. It was so hard and as an older person it was painful. I would have liked to be able to make tea in my room but there was only coffee supplies.

Once we upgraded to an Ocean view and upgraded to a balcony, it was very nice. The service at the restaurant was very good but food just OK. There were a lot of facilities but we didn't use any of them. The settings are beautiful in a beautiful area.

Partial ocean view Beds were overly soft and bouncy, perhaps need upgrading? No robes in room and no delivery of robes to room. Coffee cups in rooms were paper cups and other cups were plastic. Carpets in room were badly stained.

The guest rooms are disappointing. Nothing at all special, bland, standard furnishings...stark actually. Expected much more "luxury" for that price especially in the location. We've stayed in far less expensive hotels that felt far more luxurious!

The hotel is beautiful, the setting, the lobby, the restaurant - gorgeous!

No bedside table, so I had to put my phone, glasses and drink on the floor next to the bed. Never stayed in a hotel where there wasn’t a bedside table either Sid of the bed before. The hotel bar only (The Vault) had 12 people in it and no more seats available, so we were told that we’d have to sit outside in the gale force winds if we wanted a drink. Such a tiny bar for a huge hotel.. So we left unhappy and went out to another bar in the town.

Probably the best bathroom of any hotel I’ve stayed in and great views from the room too.

The restaurant at this hotel is excellent. The Salmon and Cheese Cake were excellent.There are only one or two other restaurants within driving distance.

Comfortable bed, nice decor and waterfront. Gas fire pits with comfy chairs. Pool and large hot tub. Good restaurant.

Some of the personal were just a bit over the top ‘friendly’. Seems the normal way of being professional but for us Europeans we prefer a bit more relaxed authenticity than the over the top ‘here I am for you’.

There was a wedding party and the guests got a bit rowdy around 2am and were above our room. The staff did give us a little discount for the inconvenience the next day upon checkout which was a great gesture. But that is it.

The hotel has a stunning location. Big free carpark, Reception staff, The lovely Beatrice was a joy. The restaurant on site is a must. Fantastic manager and amazing waitress who were top. Food amazing seafood. Really good all round hotel that has everything to offer. The indoor pool was a nice bonus for the family to enjoy. Cannot really fault the hotel at all

Pool was indoor with two doors/ rooms to go through and close to space where they hold conferences and weddings.

Poor Parking facilities for staying guests had to park on the main road late at night and walk back to the hotel not enough parking stall for paying guests when events are happening at the hotel!!
