it is a little tired in places. The carpet in our room was filthy and stained. the pool and changing room area needs updating. water pressure in the sinks and showers is awful.

Pool area looked a bit neglected. Our balcony needed to be cleaned. I felt like it wasn’t a priority because it didn’t face the water.

Location was great. Good was good at west coast grill.

Outdoor seating could be a little more in the summer (not restricted to the restaurant). Room service did not show up on our third night. No bad intention, probably a misunderstanding.

The staff at the front desk was helpful and understanding when we discussed a small issue with our bathroom. Thank you, Fernando! Location is great. Restaurant offers some good dining. Gym is excellent for a hotel.

Checkin was quite poor. Mistake charging the card and no notice given of the parking situation with the boat launch. Had we gotten a ticket I would have deducted it from my bill as the signage is terrible and we were not informed. Many hand sanitizers empty and some messy washrooms/unchanged bins.

Room and hotel itself were lovely. Good hotel restaurant and lovely gym.

The pool and hot tub were disappointing. The water was cloudy in both. The hot tub had some gunk in a ring around the edge of the water mark. There was a gate to go outside from the pool to lounge but it was pad locked and I mentioned it to a staff member that I passed on my way around from the inside to the outside but no one unlocked it. Overall didn't match the rest of the resort in level of cleanliness or style. We only used it once on our stay but would have used it more if it were better.

The overall experience was great. Better then expected. Restaurant and lounge/bar were very tasty. RMT massage at the spa was very relaxing. Staff were super helpful. Everything was pretty well maintained. Setting was lovely. Good value for money. Loved the bonus coupons for the restaurant when we opted out of daily houskeeping.

Some facilities in the room not particularly worthy of a "premier' hotel and considering the cost...paper cups and cutlery...would expect a proper cup/ mug...minor issue perhaps. On check in we were offered a voucher (think it was about 20 dollars ) to put towards a meal in the restaurant if we opted to not have room service during our stay - we declined as wished to have the room tidied and beds made although were perfectly willing to keep the same towels. We still did not receive a cleaning service on both days despite complaining.

Stunning location...restaurant food excellent albeit expensive...pool and hot tub good but perhaps needs a bit of updating and refreshing. Lovely local area.

The pool was cloudy and often not available. When asking when the pools may be reopened the staff at the front where rude and acted put off by being asked. With two small kids it was the main reason for booking this location so it was a big disappointment for us. The floors where also muddy stained and the room smelled like mildew.

The location is incredible and the beds where comfortable. I noticed a distinct difference between the polite and curtious staff found servicing rooms vrs the rude staff at the front desk.

We did have some dried up dog dirt, in our room, not nice. Coffee was too strong, a medium blend would be better. Also, a larger variety of food, for smaller appetites. As people get older, cannot eat as much.

Restaurant was great. Loved outdoor patio for drinks. Location was perfect. Also, whomever is in charge of the restaurant, did a tremendous job. Very important, food and presentation.

Hard to find parking on weekend. No microwave in room. Dispensers ran out of bottled water. Fridge not on. Had to discuss with front desk. Showers should have another bar in shower to hold on to when in shower not just the one to get in and out of shower.

The underground parking lot should be connected to the hotel. Also, it would be nice to have water available in the lobby.

The location was awesome. So peaceful and beautiful. It was also really neat to see the seals at the dock.
