Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaBathroom very small ,once on toilet hard to close door. Bathroom fan bearing wore out making the sound of the exhaust fan very loud .shower head pressure up and down as being used. Tv not working though maintenance staff tried to make it work .were offered to be moved but by that time were unpacked.

CanadaMy motel room definitely needed some TLC. The bed was super uncomfortable and the bathroom fan was insanely loud. The door was really hard to get opened,it looked as if someone had kicked in previously and there was a punch mark in the drywall. A dog had at some point chewed the baseboards and there was some weird patchwork on the ceiling, possible water damage?

CanadaI didn't read the room amenities as carefully as I should, did not come with a mini fridge, bathroom is small. Parking lot is tight, in a little bit rough area so cautious with valuables in car but had no issues. My door lock was gimmicky, if I didn't check it I would have walked away and it been unlocked but staff helped me fix it. It wasn't a bad stay but I prefer the sandman signature at recplace in PG, but that one is slightly more $.
Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Clean comfy bed, a/c works great. Good value for the money.

CanadaHousekeeping was terrible. My 4yo found a pill on the floor the first day and I found a dirty (no, not ours) sock on the floor under the bed skirt.
The room was spacious, beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. I was able to extend our stay for an extra night with ease.

CanadaAs stated before I didn’t like the bags in the hallway. Also halfway through our stay we had asked for the room to be refreshed, i.e. clean sheets and towels. Didn’t happen except for emptying the garbage in bathroom. After that we started putting garbage in the hall like everyone else. I understand the reasoning with COVID, but that aspect totally cheapened the experience.
The breakfasts at Denny’s are nothing special, so I only ate there twice in 10 days. But it is convenient to have a restaurant on site. The location was very good for our purposes as we could walk to the CN Centre, or travel to many locations for a $10 taxi ride.
