The bed was too soft, but that is only my personal preference. The beds were in good shape and clean. Would have liked a microwave and kettle rather than a keurig. Also, it's just a personal preference.

Great location. Our room had a nice ocean view. Staff were very accommodating. We requested a room with a shower only, and the staff made it happen. We were kindly given a free upgrade. 🙂

The mattress was a bit sunken, it is time for a replacement. Other than that is was excellent. We will definitely recommend it and will stay again in the future.

We absolutely loved the view from the king suite. Very comfortable room.

There were a few things in the room that didn’t make sense - toilet paper roll holder in the wall in the bathtub lol I assumed it was from when renovations were done. carpet was stained and dirty, but you could tell it had been vacuumed and cleaned as good as could be. Replacing the carpet would be my suggestion to make the rooms feel a bit more comfortable

The bar fridge didnt work as it seemed has not been defrosted in some time. Prior to making the reservation I called and asked about the fridge or if there was one in their rooms. Front desk responded "yes, there was one and not sure if it worked well but if it did not they could supply any items in a fridge downstairs that has a lock on it." I was skeptical but needed a room so I took the booking. Late I discovered that the fridge didnt work. A previuos guest had that same room ( a coworker) and she told me the same thing.

View out my window to parking lot on first floor was not good. For the price I paid, would have expected a better location. Had to keep curtains closed all the time.

Location was great, especially near the bus station for the airport. That was great. Breakfast was very good...so nice to have a staff person there to help.

I didn't think much of breakfast as I am not a cereal eater. The hard boiled eggs were not good quality imo. However, coffee was excellent and there were muffins and you could have toast. The lounge where we had breakfast is gorgeous, loved that room and view over harbour.
