Some tourists are not maintaining the basic decorum, while staying in dormitory. they keep disturbing others by talking late night. Please make sure your tourists are following the rules.

The location and Amnesties are above the expectations. They have comfort beds, Cinema/TV Room, Library. entertainments rooms. with Bar (bar was closed when I was staying) and kitchens and lots of free dining area and free places to sit and enjoy.

You’re not going to find a better place at a better value for money I’m sure. Privacy curtains and reasonable rooms size, with selves for glasses and other bits. Was perfect as a stop over for a new nights. The little shop for essentials at the reception is also fantastic and affordable

Kitchen can get quite busy at peak times.

A lot of cool facilities here including a hammock room, a small gym, small cinema room, various games and a reading room with a net you can climb up on. Location is really good only 10 minutes walk into Old Quebec and less than 5 minutes from great views of the river. I stayed in a 6-bed dorm and it was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. Large storage drawers under the beds that can be padlocked. Curtains on the side of the bed for an extra bit of privacy. Extra a blankets are available too.

Clean, curtain on bed, large storage drawers that you can lock 🔐 great facilities, a small gym room, fairly large kitchen, a room full of hammocks, a reading room with raised netting you can climb up to. It's very cool and quirky as hostels go, friendly atmosphere, good location, good value for money, warm. I will stay here again on my return to quebec

Great location and friendly staff, very accommodating of any requests made upon booking, and good value for money - would recommend for solo travellers who need somewhere well located and comfortable. There was also really good safe storage for belongings and it was nice and quiet at night time - no complaints at all, a good budget-friendly option!

I arrived at night for my check-in and the person at the reception charged me twice, he showed no interest in solving anything, he made sure that he would come out and smoke his cigarettes as soon as possible. I read in past comments this is not the first time this has happened.

The hostel has many services and that makes it very pleasant The hotel is clean, it has different living areas, one advantage is that it has desktop computers for common use.

Although the room was warm enough, the ventilation needs improvement. I stayed in a six-bedroom one, and the air quality wasn't suitable. I highly recommend installing an automatic air freshener too, as there might be someone who doesn’t adhere to personal hygiene.

The facilities this hostel offers are great, the reading hammocks, the chill corner... There's a lot of places inside to just hang. The location is marvellous, close to bars and restaurants and parc Everywhere you go is downhill Everyone is friendly

Small remarks that can make this place even better. Bed sheets should be made of cotton instead of polyester. If you increase the height of the bed it will help to sit on the first level.

I loved the location, it is exactly on the main road that leads to the old town. It looks like a castle and it was very clean. In addition there was a beautiful kitchen with two ovens, spacious freezers and everything that you need for cooking. Moreover there is a cinema and library. This place is perfect for young people to hang out and spend weekends in Quebec together.

Wall is really thin and you can hear people go in and out their room and talking in the hall way. We also hear our neighbor clearly but they won't even that loud. Also, there is no elevator.

Good location close the old town and lots of restaurants around. The hostel has a functional kitchen and lots of frig space if you want to cook.

I didn't know it was a party hostel, so part of it is my fault, haha. The noise of the party downstairs wasn't too bad, on the second floor you don't hear too much. But getting inside into the Hostel, after a relaxed night out, squeezing through masses of party folks, wasn't my favorite experience.

Perfect location, nice kitchen and spacious, clean rooms. And the interior and design of the common areas were nice too. I really liked the hammocks-jungle-room!

Of the minuses: there are no lockers in the room, there are only for suitcases. But take your lock and key with you if you want to leave things there. There was also no heating in my room. And it was cold at night.

The bunkbeds were quite low so you couldn't sit on the bed upright without hitting your head.

The bar was fun and the receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. Always nice to have a bed with your own curtain, charging outlet and light as it adds some privacy.
