No towels in pool area, some areas in room were dated/sub par. The sliding glass door was filthy, some repairs or modifications incomplete (e.g. holes not filled in where screws had been removed), base heaters appeared rusty/dirty).

Proximity to falls, breakfast and staff were great.

trying to walk that hill after already being tired and we saw a lady who had unfortunately fell which was very upsetting and disturbing to see.

had a nice stay with my family and we were able to find the hotel easily and the place was busy and we liked the catwalk - walking bridge

Dirty, like no one swept the floor, weird pillows and WAY too firm of a mattress. Staff seemed nothing but annoyed anytime I asked them for anything, only gave one set of towels for a two person room for two nights and when asked for more got one more shower towel and had to beg for toilet paper even though the room had less that half a roll. All in all needed to be way cleaner, parking situation needs to be better, we actually had to move our car way earlier than expected because even though we checked out on the third day our parking pass did not cover that day and was told we'd be ticketed if I was in the lot on that day.

Breakfast was good enough, not great but free so fine. Great location, walked every where

Elevator was crazy made crazy sounds and jolts moved like crazy

Dated but clean. Had to keep the blinds closed because everyone could look in our first floor motel room. Wish they had sheers on the windows so we could still let in light.

They don't have eggs and sausages on weekdays, which are not written on the website. They said breakfast included hot and cold but during weekdays it's only bread, waffles, and cereals. Staff are not too friendly when asked.

I like the location that it is closer to attractions, but the rooms are old, cabinets and drawers were damaged and unable to use.

The room wasnt clean the cups were dirty and found random things in the room Also the desk clerk was very rude and nasty and we got locked out of room on second day The man at the desk told me to shut up and listen to him and was very very rude

There were bird's chirping in early morning. Think they are nested in heat unit and very annoying first thing in morning. Also there were sounds like blasting steam like boiling water or something. That also happened early morning!! I also booked thru booking.co was under the impression I booked a Superior King rom with fireplace and not at allwhat I got. Room was pretty outdated like chairs/desk/floor all scratched etc. All in all was not happy with room.

We have been to this location several times and always liked what we got!! Just a little disappointed this time. It's a very nice location and property is well taken care of for sure. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Overall cleanliness could use some improvement....hallway carpets dirty each day.

Great view...parking was a challenge with having a pick up truck but it worked out good....great breakfast.

Although it worked, the toilet in room didn’t flush properly, it took a very long time.

Was close to the venue we attended for a concert. The included breakfast was good. Daughter had fun in the pool.

Room has hardwood floor, carpets are more comfy. There is no GYM, it would be nice to have even a small gym

I stayed in the lower level of the motel portion - found it to be noisy with people walking outside, cars parking, locking their cars. could hear people going up and down the stairs.

Unfortunately our door handle to the balcony was very loose and like I mentioned earlier it’s an older model so our bed was hard. The bathroom tub faucet was dripping water all night. But what I was very disappointed in there advertised full breakfast included, THERE wasn’t any and the girl there was so busy on her phone wasn’t seeing the struggles an older man with a cane had in trying to make a pancake cake on the only item what was hot. She never came out of her spot behind an other dark area, countertop to see how messy the table were getting that had the food on 😕 there so called fresh juices were deluded. The hallways are dark and dirty and so was the only elevator. Unfortunately not a very good experience.

This is an older building but the location is good for walking to the various entertainments. We did have clean towels and bedding, we enjoyed the nice and warm pool.
