I stayed here the last two times before and it was good and the third time I came here again there were some changes that I saw they have security guard inside now which that is new to me and with the breakfast its weird now cause this worker from the night shift name Nav I find him very disrespectful and try to act like security guard when he just regular worker stop me from going to my room too eat breakfast all cause that a new rule now so you have to eat at the table since it’s buffet which I have no problem with that but when it’s super crowded you still expect us to find seat when it’s full maybe you guys need to start expanding it more so there more room for the guests to sit whenever it’s really packed and there was no where to sit that why some people will go into there rooms and I found that very strange not to eat breakfast in your room when I done it before when I stay here alot has change and the rules are kinda messed up and as for Nav from the night shift he need to treat his guests with respect and not be acting obnoxious and do his job and treat people the right way and for the breakfast just expand more when it becomes full so the guests can find there seating to eat and the wifi was okay just kept disconnecting a lot and they need to improve the staff working from the night shifts

Stairs runner dirty which brought the look down a little.

Most comfortable bed! It was soft but I was supported. I believe the mattress said comfort gel, and the bed felt like it wrapped around me without making me feel like I was sinking into the bed and unsupported. Location to the wedding venue we were at was perfect as we were able to safely walk back. Breakfast was ok. Not my preference on the type of sausage used and the eggs weren’t great, but we were able to fuel up after a late night of celebrating before getting on the road.

The hotel is advertised as an airport hotel. Taxi companies charge $ 47.00 as a flat fee plus tip. No airport shuttle. Do not stay here if you don't have a car.

The hotel is undergoing much needed renovations. You will have a clean and comfortable stay.

Road work around the hotel made driving to restaurants more complicated - ended up walking to nearby restaurant to avoid road work.

The rooms was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The counter space in the room was excellent (usually quite small). The parking lot was spacious and there are gas stations and restaurants nearby. Luggage carts were readily available.

They dont have free water dispenser available anytime which I think it should be included in any hotel. You have to buy bottled water or wait for breakfast. The airconditioning is so loud and old, it will wake you up in the middle of the night.

Checkin was smooth and fast. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of food. The room was very quiet despite being next to an airport.

Very good vegetarian food options ( Nirvana, Maharaja Bhog, Subway, Tim Horton ) are at walking distance and bus stops to go to Square One is just next to the Hotel.

Staffs are very helpful and courtesies in particular Mr. Arman at reception. He guided me with all the tourist information.

It was pretty dirty and you can tell some disposables were reused. I expected the place good/well maintained even though it was an old place. Floors were not vacuumed and it was sticky. Bed was comfy but you can tell that the pillows and blankets needs to be updated. USB Ports on tables don’t work. Washroom looked pretty good but missed some spots to clean, here and there. Towels were so thin, had stains. I’m glad I brought my own towels. Couch had white stain/residue left on it, I don’t want to know what it is. You can definitely hear ppl talk in the hallways. Cleaners were really loud earlier in the morning, we wouldn’t mind it if it was just cleaning but it was the yapping and gossiping part that was bothersome. Front desk staff was good.

Breakfast area was very crowded, hot food dry and overcooked. Coffee was not very tasty. Our room (102) faced the dumpster at the Wendy's next door and was very noisy. A lot of children running and shouting in the hallways.

Front desk staff were excellent, friendly, and efficient. Good parking. Shower was hot and powerful.
