The shower. It’s too small. My husband is 6.2 feet tall and had hardly any room. I too kept hitting g the shower handle n temperature would change when I accidentally hit.

Although I didn't require it this time around, I think the building could use some accessibility upgrades such as automatic doors.

Our room was spacious and we couldn't hear our neighbours, which is a must for us. We loved breakfast at the Tiara (you can get the breakfast package or pay at the restaurant). We also made full use of the jacuzzi, indoor pool and sauna. Great value for money in my opinion!

The atmosphere was very calming & relaxing especially out on the patio with the view of the boats and water. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the dining room, service was impeccable! Lovely touch with a rose placed every night on the bed. Unfortunately a fire alarm was sounded but it was quickly managed…and luckily a false alarm.

Honestly there was nothing that I could really dislike about the property. But, still if I have to mention something which was not so great in the property was regarding service of the baggage porters. While checking in or checking out there was no baggage porters service, which wasn’t a big concern for us as we had only a single luggage. But checking in such a hotel like Queens Landing, expectation really shoots up high and we were expecting some baggage porters.

Queens Landing is a gem in NOTL. Honestly the overall experience of staying in this georgian style hotel was overwhelming. Room was big the bed was very comfortable, pristine bathroom. The location was really nice, just 6 mins walk from NOTL core downtown which was serine and away from hustle and bustle. We had breakfast and dinner in their elegant hotel restaurant ‘Tiara’. Ambiance was gorgeous and food was amazing. Queens Landing is in association with Vintage hotels group and they also provide shuttle service to downtown or some nearby places. There was lots of parking available in the property and parking was included in hotel rent. So, overall experience was amazing.

The main problem is their internet, if you planning to work from hotel better not to chose this one. We called the IT person but still is very bad it is connected and then disconnected after 2 min.
