There was stains on the sheets, a wet spot on the carpet, the room was really dark, even with all the lights on. The bed was just not as comfortable as I would of liked. The shower curtain rod was about to fall down. The toilet seat was loose.

Parking is totally inadequate. Not enough spaces and too tight. I could not shut the door to the bathroom because the toilet is too big for the room.

Smokers were allowed outside of their rooms and there were many of them. The room was over crowded with furniture, we could have done without the the huge sofa-chair. Breakfast was promised on the website, none was available.

Room was on ground floor as requested. We were allowed to store our bikes (2) in the room as requested. The staff was friendly and did their best.

Faulty advertising Re pool and breakfast…both on internet and outside sign. Ice machine did not produce ice for the number of guests …we got 1/2 bucket of ice once …despite extreme heat and smoke No room cleaning and we had to ask for clean towels…when questioned this they responded “COVID measures” or something!!!!

Furthermore this was a special trip for my daughter who is Autistic. I prepared her ahead of time and showed her the picture of your facility on-line. It was very disappointing for her to find out that the pool & breakfast were not going to be available for our stay! Individuals on the Autism Spectrum have difficulties managing their emotions especially when plans are changed at the last minute! I will no longer book on-line as important details were missing that directly effected our experience at the Ramada. 😔

Your hotel is clean & comfortable. However I made this booking on line: Booking.com and there was no information for that certain service had been discontinued at this time ie: the swimming pool & no breakfast was provided. This was very disappointing as we were looking forward to using the swimming pool. Our public pool has been opened here carefully in Prince George the entire time: surely a private pool can now be opened carefully as well. 😔

Coffee pot and shower were dirty, towels had stains and the bed was really hard and uncomfortable. The room was by the road and it was really loud because you could hear everything outside from the AC unit. The photos that were posted online are different from what's in person. We didn't stay for the continental breakfast but it didn't look like it was set up.

Hotel is a bit run down, was told they are undergoing renovation, sure needs it. No elevator. Not a problem unless you have heavy bag and are on the 3rd floor Room was hotter than hell when we went in AC was off, +37 outside. Bed linen was creased as tho someone had been sleeping in the bed Room smelled of cigarette smoke Booked room with breakfast included to be told there is no breakfast because of covid, if I can sit in a restaurant downtown I don’t see why this hotel can’t do breakfast either Think hotels are using covid as a excuse now, not to do breakfast.

The room could use a little bit of an update. And the included breakfast was a little lacking. Would be nice to see some more options for Breakfast like Juice and muffins. It was good just could have had a few more options. There was also no shampoo included in the room. There was Conditioner and lotion and soap.

Check in was super quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Check out was simple as well. Enjoyed the stay.
