Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe bathroom was a little small and became humid rapidly. Trains pass by a couple times per night, we mostly did not hear them but could be something to consider for light sleepers.
The location, the personal and the cleanliness was great. The clean pool and spa area had a nice view on the mountains. The restaurant was remarkable and we went more than once! We would definitely come back to Coast Canmore Hotel.

CanadaThe “aircon” was a bit loud. Since nonone watches the pool, some kids where misbehaving and pool was not fully enjoyed by all kids.
The room was located where we can see the mountains. Staff “Inder” in the front desk was friendly and very accomodating.

The room was comfortable and in a good location. The water refill station was a great amenity for having acess to drinking water anytime of day and for filling up my bottle before hiking. Friendly housekeeping staff available of you needed anything.
