The hotel is well located, but in a very dangerous area. There were many drug users around the hotel. We tried to use the pool, but there were women with clothes in the pool and some young people without appropriate pool clothes. Furthermore, there was dirt in the hotel lobby that was only removed after two days.

The restaurant's staff and food were excellent.

The hotel is large and has a very corporate feel. It is getting quite shabby and is in need of a make over. Breakfast very poor. Coffee machine in the room did not work.

would have been nice to have written information in a brochure with policies, hours of restaurant, and local attractions etc Maybe adding a few washing machines/dryer as having just one meant we had to go elsewhere. No place to stroll after dinner,[ not close to park]

Sketchy area, in a mall, weird parking, completely carpeted. Lounge wasn't open at night? No idea how to use room service. Keys didn't work at first

The room was not clean, presence of peanuts and cobwebs. Shower head not practical.Very hot room, you absolutely have to use the air conditioning but it is not good for the planet and for your health Smell on sheets and towels.

USB charger in room broken. Toilet handle broken and running all night. Clearly visible cobwebs. Heat worked, but took a few hours to warm up room.

The female working breakfast was very rude and made you feel bad about anything you may ask her . She never spoke. Perhaps she didn't speak English ??

Staff were rather cold - especially in the restaurant (a genuine smile goes a long way). The washroom did not have a fan. The toilet had condensation on the outside, so your leg would accidentally brush over it while sitting and it would be soaked. The room door was difficult to close. The restaurant's only dessert option was a disgusting (clearly defrosted) cheesecake that they then charged us $15 for. Not so much didn't like as was disappointed about: the pool had a hot tub that had been closed and is now used for a fake plant display; the hotel decor/paint/colours could use an update.

The beds were comfy, the tv worked, the pool was indeed not cold. We also liked that you could connect to the mall and indoor parking area through the hotel.

The fruit was not fresh. Bananas were bruised, apples were soft. The scrambled eggs and sausages were not appetizing. Would have preferred fresh waffles and French toast. There were no serving trays to bring your breakfast to the table. Parking was limited at the front and side of the building. We were told only when checking out after the second night, we could have parked in the covered car garage.

Centrally located to the downtown core. Staff was friendly and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, our stay was excellent and will stay there the next time in Sudbury.

When we first arrive there was an odour in the room, my husband said it smelled like sweat, we were going to ask to switch rooms, but we arrived late around 10pm and we did ring the front desk, no one answered so we just aired it out by opening the patio door. It was not so bad after that, or we got used to the smell. Other than that all was good.

We liked the complimentary breakfast.

Sadly there was a soccer tournament and the kids were loud. Playing ball in the hallway, slamming doors and running back and fourth till late enough. Made it a little unpleasant and spoke with other guests that felt the same.

The staff was polite and friendly. The pool is nice just a bit deep for younger children. The room was clean. We got lucky and got close parking. The breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, bacon and yogurt.

There was a smell in the lobby the moment we entered the premises. Heard other guests complaining as well. We came back to the room on the second evening of our stay and didn’t find water bottles. Asked for it, was told that it’s too late(was around 10:30) felt a bit weird that hotel won’t give water. Thankfully I had water bottles in my car. Though tired, walked back to the car and got my family some water bottles from my car. While getting back the door for the lobby(after you enter from parking try to open another door to the lobby where rooms are there) just wasn’t reading the cards. Overall felt that the hotel was broken and in a mess. Would be my last time with Radisson.

Probably needs more staff supporting the Restaurant. Breakfast items would run out quickly and the customers would be left waiting for replenishments. In the room, the bathroom did not seem to have an effective exhaust system; which meant it got pretty foggy / stuffy inside.

Central location within the Elm Place mall. Lots of eateries near by. 10-min drives to Dynamic Earth / Science North. Good staff.

The water in the pool was very chlorinated but warm.

We like this hotel. Very decent hotel particularly for the price we paid. Room is very regular but with everything you need: fan and iron , coffee machine and strong shower 🚿 with massage options 😁. Breakfast was very good, ice machine was on the floor. And everything was working well!!!!
