The location is great, the staff at the front desk are super helpful and friendly, the pool and hot tub have great hours and were warm.

our tv was not working. someone came to get it working within 5-10 minutes after we called about our problem. we liked that there was a restaurant right in the Ramada It was quiet where our room was located.

Room just a little "tired" - nothing to worry about. Hotel and car park layout a bit confusing at first. Like everything this side of Atlantic, pricing a bit confusing for Brits, with added taxes etc (in UK displayed prices are inclusive of tax).

Nice large room with big comfortable beds and lots of towels etc. Staff very helpful when we extended our stay. Convenient location. Rooms on ground floor motel-style with doors direct to car park.

we could park right outside our door, so that was very handy..the room was clean and was all we needed. I forgot my bathing suit and was sorry about that, as I would have enjoyed a swim. the hotel location was close to everything.

The bed was too soft for my needs, and the shower could not maintain a set pressure and temperature when others in the building were also using the water.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything I required. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. The attached pub served good food and was perfect for a late night snack. The pool and gym were open late which accommodated for my schedule.

The beds were not super comfortable but also not the worst I've had! Lots of comfortable pillows though which I always love.

All of the staff I dealt with were really lovely and the room was very clean. The price was good for what you got. I appreciated the desk in the room and free wifi as well as the free parking.

No cameras on the backside parking lot, my parents car got damaged and there was no video surveillance or parking security around when it happened. Very upsetting end to our weekend. Right by a fire station...

The entire hotel is a little shabby, run down, and needs updating. The room had a lot of stains on the carpet, and needs a deep cleaning. The electrical hubs on the desk didn't work properly, and the outlet it was plugged into had a receptacle that didn't work. The fridge made an odd gurgling sound, so I had to unplug it at night. And the handle on the top drawer of the dresser fell off.

The staff was terrific. It's close to several dining establishments. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size.

a little understaffed at front desk… they often had Long lines, and could never answer the phone if you called them from your room. The front desk staff were very nice however.
