The property is under renovation. Although the bed was clean, the furniture was in a very bad condition. Internet was not stable with frequent interruptions. See the pictures and judge for yourself. We originally book a 2 night stay and requested to reduce it to 1 night and look for an alternative place to stay. I give them credit for agreeing to our request and refunding the night we didn’t stay. I am sure post renovation, this will be a good place to stay.

This property has a beautiful location overlooking the marina. Staff were helpful.

Breakfast had no protein to go with eggs, Dark roast coffee empty and could not find the cream! Pillows not great, the frig was not on ,had to search to plug in amongst the dust behind the tv. No microwave as advertised and I had planned on using it! On line description misleading. Balcony overlooked a roof not the harbour and no chair anyhow to sit on!

Rooms are outdated and you can hear the people next to us. Would have been nice to have a pillow that was a little flat or the option for it. Breakfast was a let down. No meat other than eggs. Took a bit to find creamer for coffee. Room was way too hot, it was hard to control the temp in the room.

We had a wonderful sleep. The bed was comfy. Room was nice and clean with all toiletries. Liked the access to balcony.

Small things like the sliding door in the room didn’t work and the taps dripped. The pillow seemed old. The staff is very friendly and helpful

It was our second stay on this hotel. The first time we stayed on a room facing the water. This time, we arrived very early and asked if we could be accommodated on that same side, facing the water, since the hotel was empty. For our disappointment the answer was ‘no’.

Breakfast - Surely can be better

Breakfast - Very Simple - Boiled Egg, Omlet, 2 Kinds of Cereals, Bread, Juice and Coffee. This is it. Bed - Pretty Comfortable Room - Spacious and well kept ongoing renovation at the hotel.

There were no chairs on the balcony we had attached to our room. No tub when the pictures showed a tub. Breakfast options were not great compared to other Ramada locations we've been to.

The size of the room and the bed was correct and the view was as portrayed in pictures. Staff was friendly and kind.

Patio door did not seal shut. Wind howling all night. Train outside - noisy Building getting run down. Needs upgrades. Hinges in bathroom - rusty. Needs paint. One door had whole lock unit ripped out - hole left- and left like that locked.

Queen sized bed would be better with 4 pillows not 3 small throw cushions for 2 adults etc...did not like the no restaurant anymore or the fact that free breakfast didn't include any meat as in bacon sausage or ham to go with eggs toast ..bagel etc...... The washroom in pool area was absolutely disgusting hadn't been cleaned the 3 days we were there (pee all over toilet and seat gobs of toilet paper in it and around it on the floor)...needs daily cleaning of it for sanitary use etc in pool area and change rooms and not having a hottub to relax in was really disappointing also..chairs for balcony as well would be great to...

Enjoyed the pool and waterslide just wished it was open more hours for the kids and adults also...the room was clean but wish you would've had a better cable or satellite services...lobby is beautiful entrance...staff were great friendly and efficient also..

The rooms need to updated. The breakfast options were poor(only one source of protein).the mattress needs replaced .

Bath tub was in very poor condition ,black on the bottom.rooms are noisy bad when you hear person next doo snoring.rooms are over piced for what you get not overly impreesed over all.

Bathroom was need of repair but it was still functional and adequate for our one night stay. Breakfast was nothing special, we skipped it and went elsewhere.

The room was spacious and clean but dated and does require some TLC. Location is great and away from the busy streets and traffic near the mall.

Toilet was malfunctioning, fixtures broken in the shower. Curtains were partially off the rod. Ice machine smelled like mildew.

The elevator was dirty. The breakfast was mediocre. The sign at the entrance did not show where the actual hotel was located.

The location was good for the event we were attending. The price was reasonable. The room was clean.
