Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

CanadaClose to the train so you will hear it and feel it. Best to bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise
Great for families with small kids. The pool and hot tub are great and the breakfast was typical for these kinds of hotels. Lots of healthy options and good options for the kids.

Canadaoften hot food trays where empty for long periods. Rooms are getting beat up and not well maintained. They should take the savings from not doing daily cleanings to better upkeep with paint and repairs, and deep cleaning exhaust fans, damaged door casings, rust all over the pool steel, etc
Breakfast is decent but staff can't keep up with demand . Pool, hot tub are nice but pool could be warmer. Good size rooms and amenities but no desk or chair to work from

CanadaAll good
It had a very good breakfast with three meat choices, as well as tacos, and various other goodies like pancakes and cereal. We stayed at three other Wyndham's on our road trip, but this one had the best breakfast by far. Desk staff were very nice.

IndiaIt's not significant, just a tiny bit of upgrades. We enjoyed our stay, so there was nothing we didn't "like" about the room. Although the bathroom didn't have the body lotion in one of the bottles racked against the wall, that didn't have much of a problem. Yes, a few things, such as bathroom flooring and bedding, need replacement. Bathroom flooring may be sketchy for older adults, especially since it is slippery.
We liked the fact that the room was quite big. Amenities such as a microwave, coffee machine, and fridge made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was good, too—although we would have appreciated another variety of meat there, such as chicken; nevertheless, we managed with what was available. The staff was accommodating; parking was free (so that's the icing on the cake).

CanadaAll of the bedding needs replacing as the pillows and comforters are past their prime and the small pillows are not very comfortable. The cot that was provided was in very poor condition. It would also be great to have more hooks/ hangers in the room for drying ski gear.
Great breakfast, pool and overall facilities. The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. Love the 1 bedroom for family travel. An extra bonus is the Tesla charger.

CanadaThe pillows weren't comfortable, they felt really squishy and not supportive on the neck. The bathroom vent didn't have any way of turning on manually, so if someone went #2 it would just linger in there since it seemed to never want to turn on by itself.
The bed was very comfortable and the room had a nice layout with plenty of space. Everything was clean from what I saw.

CanadaWhile my overall experience at the hotel was positive, a few aspects could be improved upon for future guests. Noise Levels: The hotel was notably busy during my winter stay, understandably so due to its appeal to outdoor sports enthusiasts and families. However, this high occupancy increased noise levels, especially past midnight. The sounds of music and alcohol consumption were quite prevalent, and the hotel's enforcement of a quiet time policy appeared to be somewhat lax. This aspect of the stay was a bit disruptive, particularly for those needing a restful night. Front Desk Service: The service at the check-in counter was somewhat inconsistent. Sometimes, finding someone at the desk was challenging, making it difficult to address concerns or seek assistance promptly. Dining Options: Regarding dining, while the hotel is conveniently located a short drive from downtown and offers a variety of food options, the lack of dining facilities within the hotel or immediate vicinity was somewhat limiting, especially for dinner. For guests who prefer the convenience of on-site dining, this could be an area for the hotel to consider enhancing. In conclusion, while the Ramada by Wyndham Revelstoke provides a comfortable and clean environment with a responsive staff, addressing these concerns related to noise management, front desk attendance, and dining options could significantly enhance the guest experience, especially during busy seasons.
During my stay at Ramada by Wyndham Revelstoke, several aspects stood out positively, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. Breakfast and Cleanliness: The breakfast was delightful, with a good range of options, and the hotel's rooms and general areas maintained high standards of cleanliness. This attention to detail was appreciated and enhanced the comfort of my stay. Staff Responsiveness: Notably, the staff's responsiveness to issues was commendable. When faced with a noise complaint, the front desk acted promptly and empathetically, offering a discount to compensate for the inconvenience. This proactive approach to addressing guest concerns was a highlight of their service. Location: The hotel's location, conveniently right off the highway, was perfect for our travel needs, making it easily accessible and ideal for those visiting the area. While some aspects could be improved, such as noise levels during busy times and the need for more consistent front desk attendance, these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience at the hotel. The balance of convenience, cleanliness, and attentive service made my stay at Ramada by Wyndham Revelstoke a recommendable choice for travellers.
