The attached restaurant had fairly high prices so we didn’t go there.

The staff was super kind and actually deferential to the guests. The layout of the room is quite ‘efficient’ — sink outside bathroom, rack inside room instead of separate closet. Very cool amenities— room for watching movie with popcorn and foozball table and ping pong table. Nearby is a liquor store which isn’t ideal for families. Pets allowed and there are many! It was clean and very fairly priced for Victoria. I would seriously consider staying here again.

It was difficult to find a parking space in the car park. The door to the balcony did not lock. There was a note that had been left by a previous guest on the light fitting saying 'clean me', which had not been attended to. The lift was incredibly slow.

The room was spacious and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The fridge/microwave/coffee-maker were a very useful inclusion. There was a bus stop right outside for getting into the centre of the city (No. 11).

The king bed room was very tight on space. Having a suitcase stand would have helped, too.

The property had an up to date feel to them. The lounge for casual gatherings was a nice feature. Having a breakfast-lunch restaurant attached made for a quick start.

Pool closed to early. Went to go for a swim after Dinner. It was closed when we went down at 8pm. 9pm or 10pm is a typical time. We asked the young lady and she said it closes at 7pm. Son and I didn’t get the chance to enjoy. It is a game changer for us, we enjoy a swim before bed.

Pool was too cold to swim despite it being listed as heated. The blow up poy tools were fun tho and our kiddo at least had a float on these. Running out of ice- get a ice machine :) and they run out of utensils. Would be nice if water cups weren’t plastic/utensils plates not disposalable.

The rooms were nicely updated, games room and popcorn at 4pm was a treat much appreciated by our little one.

Unfortunately the hotel is situated on top of a bar and there's little to no soundproofing. The night of our stay there was a comic performing, and it did not end until around midnight. After that, there was music playing. The AC is also super loud, so we just turned it off for the night.

Check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, and toothbrushes were available upon request. We only stayed for one night, so didn't check out much of the facilities.

We booked the room with kitchenette upgrade. This room size allow us with great space to park 3 of our bikes safely. This city of Victoria has great biking routes infrastructure setup that is worth travelling.

They recently installed stadium-level bright parking lot lights that the window shades in the rooms did not block out. The high ambient light made it a little more difficult to sleep.
