The only thing not liked was the cold tile floor. It is a bit slick when entering the room and cold when coming out of the shower. Single pane windows make the room cool but closing the blinds helped. Room could use more soft lighting.

The rooms are updated. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Heated mirror. Access to netflix, youtube through roku. Fridge and microwave.

There were no instructions on how to watch TV and use the remote controls. So I could not use those services

I chose your hotel to stay up because it was the closest one available to the Royal Jubilee hospital where my father had been placed. When I arrived at your Hotel I was in a mess and your staff was completely compassionate.

Cafe attached is poor value , very expensive and not great quality -also not owned by hotel so you can’t put on your bill. To get to the hotel you must get through the crowd at night in front of the Hecklers Bar which isn’t so comfortable. The elevator in hotel reeked of marijuana and the hallway smelt like French fries continually . Back door to back parking lot was wide open - security ?

The newly renovated rooms are very nice , well done. Staff always manning the front desk and very pleasant.

There was no phone jack in our hotel room to plug in the phone. We weren't able to call front desk on the house line. Not a big deal, as everyone has cell phone these days.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The games room was perfect for family. The rooms were comfortable clean and new. Easy parking And lovely pool. Regret not using the pool, but it was lovely to eat beside it. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Great value. Super nice room. Very modern with the touches of art deco. Great location to downtown. Cafe for coffee and breakfast in the lobby. Hecklers pub at front was convenient and good.

Evening food options are limited, there's an adjoining pub nearby but doesn't allow kids, otherwise plenty of take out options or eateries in the area but all require a short drive away, nothing walkable. As for the hotel itself, no complaints at all.

Great option in Victoria. Clean, comfortable with large, modern rooms, plenty of free parking. Friendly staff. Has a modern vide, the games room is a nice touch as was the free afternoon pop corn and a good size swimming pool to take a dip in. More than happy with our stay, would stay again.

The re was no iron and ironing board in the room.

Rooms were comfortable. The kitchenette was an added bonus. Cleanliness was good. Staff very friendly. The hotel 'old style', was well kept.

This hotel has become one of my favourites. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. The tv/game room and the cafe are added perks! We will definitely be back. A special thanks to Adam at the front desk for being so helpful. 😊

The gym was closed for renovations. On Day 2 of the closure, they allowed us to use it as we said we didn't care if it was a bit dusty due to the floor being installed in the next room. There was no ironing board or iron.

Staff were welcoming & helpful. The rooms were updated. The pub next door was awesome!
