We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaOur key card never worked in either of our doors and we’re always going to front desk to deal with this. Very frustrating. We booked this hotel for the pool facilities and we were told upon arrival the pool was closed but would be open the next morning and many stories around the hotel as to why the pool was closed. I think they should refund people a portion of their fee for room as facilities weren’t operation . I had 3 rooms and other family had more rooms so this forsure was an inconvenience. And again the construction on a Sunday morning early is unacceptable .

CanadaWe booked the hotel because of the pool facilities and half way through the stay and before the rest of the family arrived the pool was closed and heard all kinds of different stories as to why . The only sign on the door was closed for maintenance. Who closes their pool when the hotel is full of guests for maintenance. Also construction going on and hammering going on at 7 am outside our door was not appreciated on a weekend .
The property was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly.

Canada-The evening staff was frustrated with the new computer system but were not very friendly while trying to sort it out… -I come to this particular hotel to take my grandchildren swimming and for a pyjama party-the hot tub was not very warm… -The pillows… some were soft and cozy but too puffy to actually sleep on and the others were very lumpy and chunky…
The breakfast was awesome! The morning staff were very helpful and friendly… We LOVE the swimming pool!! The beds were comfortable and I really enjoy the room with 3 queen beds so we can all have our own bed!

AC wasn’t working in our original room but the staff moved us to a new room and were so accommodating! we booked solely for the purpose of swimming but on arrival the pool was down for maintenance-the front desk staff gave us the option to cancel our room if we wanted and even offered to reimburse us should we have decided to attend public swim at the local pool -seriously so friendly and accommodating! ***** star service all around -will definitely be back
