Although location is downtown and convenient for most travelers this location doesn’t have any microwaves and everything required a pin to access from the main doors to the elevators and rooms.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. the beds were particularly comfortable with exceptional linens. the restaurant was fantastic with delicious food and friendly service. we stayed there twice in July and were very pleased both times. One of our rooms had a kitchenette which was a bonus.

The staff is simply not trained to perform the tasks. They are very uncomfortable dealing with situations, and the manager is essentially unavailable. This is really unacceptable. They also rarely answer the phone. It is not the staff's fault. They have not been trained.

The facility is quite new and modern.

No parking offered, away from anything else and not in walking distance. Elevator and room access way too complicated. Decor too harsh and minimalist

pillows were all the same and hard. security was excessive in such a small town . did not like having to use a code in order to get into the elevator.  the thermostat did not work, and the bed covering was a duvet, which was entirely too much for the weather bring back sheets.

The parking lot not much space. Would not allow a late check out. They tryed to charge my card without my consent even before I left my room for check out sad that was.

What I liked is the building was locked an needed a code Togo in to the building an elevator

Lunch and Dinner menu could be a better with regards to the selection. Especially with regards to the Canadian Comfort Mains selection.

Breakfast was very good. Had Yukon Sourdough Waffles for the first time, great. Also enjoyed the Eggs Benedict

The ambiance was like a take on a modern prison cell. The walls were Paper thin. Woken all night by random thuds and thunks all round. The hallways were neon orange with blaring lights which felt like i was in a dystopian hellscape. The room, while clean, was spare and sparse to an uncomfortable degree. Somebody had a vision for this place but missed the mark with a complete lack or charm, coziness or warmth. SUCH a waste of money.

The lighting at the mirror is dim and shadowy making it difficult to do makeup, the ladies will notice this for sure.

The rooms are spotless every time, this is the only hotel in Whitehorse I can say that for.

The property seemed to lack adequate parking and no exercise facilities.

The issues I had were minor ones. The bathroom sink lacks space to spread your stuff out, which is always annoying. And there was construction going on next door. At first, they tried to put me in a room right next to the construction, but I requested a change, and they were really accommodating and gracious about it. The cafe looks great, although I didn't eat there because there were no gluten free options, but the staff there were so nice.

This hotel is very new and sleek and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious and bed was pretty comfortable. Nice big windows and minimalism decor.

I don’t like the parking space- too tight. there is not enough towels for us, no electric kettle, shower is not good- there is very small or tiny water out. not good.

Like the location, the new adaptions of tech for safety, the restaurant. it is quite clean. the kitchen is appropriate for family.

I was disappointed with covid restrictions still in place. Could not use guest laundry facility, no housekeeping provided.

A front staff (Roger) went the extra mile to help my husband's business related matters. The staff at the restaurant there was awesome, too.
