The pool & hot tub not working, when this was the main reason we booked this Resort! Also the bed pillows were very soft which caused a headache when we woke up!

The floors in the room were quite noisy and the mattress was a bit sensitive to movement. The front desk reception was not friendly - which doesn't mean you shouldn't stay here, just be prepared for less than ideal service.

The location is beautiful, right on the lake with excellent view of the sunset. There are many firepit locations which would be great if you are there long enough to take advantage. The bathroom was modern with a very nice rainfall shower and the amenities in the room were great. Room was also clean.

We would like to book the rooms that are independent from the main building like we had stayed in on our previous visit . That was our mistake when booking.

The room was a little outdated and the wifi and internet connection wasnt the best. The TV is small for the room.

The location was very nice. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was very nice food was good. The live piano playing and singing was a nice touch as well.

I specifically booked at the Rawley resort because I knew they had a non-Tesla charger for my electric car. I informed them I would need that charger overnight for my travel plans. They acknowledged this in their response ahead of time. When I arrived, the single non-Tesla charger was in use for the entire night by a hybrid, so I couldn't charge. Desk staff in the morning initially offered me a late check out so I could charge a bit longer, but then later rescinded this offer and instead offered a shower pass for the spa. It would have been nice, given I had specifically requested a charging spot, if staff had marked it reserved for the night.

Nice location, friendly staff. Property has electric car chargers.

Unfortunately our bathtub plug was non functional and couldn’t bathe the kids.

Pool was nicely heated, open space for kids, lots of amenities with spa, bbq area and fire pits.

It was a little unfortunate that the pool wasn't open during our stay and that check in was a little all over the place. However the staff more than made up for it by being kind and answering questions. They offered to help and gave us alternative options to the pool such as swim spots nearby and the hot tub. I also regret not staying longer.

Yhe atmospere of the trip was so exciting and relaxing. It felt nice to unwind and lay by the hot tub and read or just lay down in the rooms. It was cozy and comfortable. The staff was very cheerful and engaging. They were always happy to help and have a nice conversation. They even called me after I left to make sure I got my souvenir after I forgot it at the resort. If there was a mistake made on anyones part, or even if we had questions, they were all too happy to help us or correct any mistakes. The staff took this trip from incredible to unforgettable.

The pet friendly rooms seem to have been overlooked when there was some updating. The tub surround was worn (thin) in spots. The tv in the sitting area was very very small for the wall and size of room. There could have been additional lighting (table or a floor lamp) in the main living space and in the bedrooms(night stand lights). The receptionist that checked us in was not masked and even though there was a small partition she leaned around it to speak with us.

Loved the fact I could bring my fur baby! The kitchenette was nicely equipped - dish soap was provided unfortunately not a dish cloth. Wifi was excellent. Bed was comfy and cozy. The manager was excellent at resolving any questions we had or issues with the room. (We could not get the room to heat) and although they had put away the outdoor furniture for the dog friendly rooms only - when we asked if we could get an outdoor chair they promptly brought us a table and 2 chairs.

The bed covers are used as blankets, so not so clean since definitely not washed between patrons. Restaurant understaffed and food mediocre.

Staying in Rawley Resort was really pleasant and I will recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and enjoys the peaceful and beautiful environment. We stayed at terrace, which was good considering trip with children. Staff were very friendly and responsive.

The tiny cottages were a bit run down and needs some renovations. The pillows were quite awful and sleep was terrible. No water activities.

The food was beyond my expectations, just excellent! The pool was lovely and relaxing and staff were quite friendly as well.

Closeness to the lake. If if were in different circumstances, not during covid it would have been perfect. Grounds on the resort are well looked after. The food from the restaurant was delicious.

The location of this resort is great and the staff were so friendly and helpful.The food was delicious and well presented.The whole facility was exceptionally clean.And MotherNature is putting on quite a great show with all of the beautiful fall colors appearing in the trees too. We will definitely go back to this resort.

Everything was wonderful! The only recommendation I would make is that when I was getting a manicure at the spa they have the chairs facing the wall, when behind you is the gorgeous view of the lake. I feel like they should swap the manicurist/customer seats so that customers can take in that gorgeous view!

The grounds here are gorgeous. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and definitely went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible!
