Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaThere is no plug for the hairdryer close to the mirror or there is no mirror close to the plug. :-) Nothing else. Everything else was great.
The resident cat (Red) is the most sociable cat we've ever met, but not bothersome. A great greeter! The building has a ton of character and it is very cozy.

United StatesThere was coffee/tea available in the common area but no mugs or paper hot cups to use. Obviously this is a very small thing and didn’t put a damper on our stay in any way.
The inn was very welcoming and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of our room as previous reviewers commented that the rooms were small. Yes they were on the small side but there was plenty of space to store bags and lots of hooks to hang things on. The beds were comfy- I slept really well. Also, the shampoo/conditioner provided smelled great! I really enjoyed being able to walk to the lifts. The hot tub was so welcoming after a hard day of skiing.

CanadaRooms are a little on the dated side and are fairly small for 2 people with ski bags and gear. Washroom is also fairly small. I would imagine if the lodge was full it could be quite noisy as the walls are super thin and our room was against the common room where there were a number of people hanging out as we were going to bed. At the end of the day, we aren't spending much time in the lodge so it worked well for what we needed.
Can't go wrong with location as it's right at the base of the hill. Lodge sitting room was extremely cozy and access to the hot tub was great. Would've been nice to know there was a lodge cat, might not work for some people but Red was a pleasure to sit with1

CanadaThe walls are paper thin, i could hear the conversations of the people next door so clearly. And could hear everytime someone used the washroom above me. There was multiple incidents where there was no water at all, and staff were not on site to fix the issues in the evenings.
Beds were comfortable and the location was great. The staff were friendly and the price is competative for the area but it really is more of a hostel experience.
