More soap in the bathroom

The bed was a bit soft for our liking. The room was large and clean but more attention should be paid to cleaning the hallways and the pool.

The pool, hot tub and sauna were great.

The receptionist when i first arrived wasn't too smiley or cutious. Seemed like i was bothering her she could barely tell me where my room was. The whirlpool bath wasn't that comfortable and all the jets were on the floor otherwise bath so seemed more like a bubble bath then a relaxing whirlpool bath. Plus the water coming out of the jets kept getting colder and colder even after running it for a few minutes. So wasn't very happy about that.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and well situated near restaurants, grocery store etc.

The hot pool was often crowded.

The pool and spa areas were good. The hotel has many small useful items in the room.

No breakfast or restaurant on-sight (but walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants and pubs) and stairs to get to second floor could be an issue for some.

Four season pool, hot tub and sauna as well as fireplace, kitchenette and double spa bath and massages available on-sight and walking distance to everything.

Just for outside Jacuzzi they should add age limitations we were relaxed an family with kid la came to make noise and swim there it should be just adults entering

The room was not very clean, particularly the bath tub which was full of hairs. There was also no housekeeping during our stay. Bed was a little stiff and pillows were unusually puffy. The noise from the geater was also constant, good thing I had earplugs though.

Well located with nice view of the mountain and groceries, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Large bathroom with jacuzzi was nice and we took full advantage of the outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi as well as the sauna. Staff were friendly and provided us with bath robes and extra coffee upon request. The firelog provided so fireplace can be used was a nice touch as well.

Will say upon arrival first impression was, " It needs some sprucing up (fresh coat of paint outside as well as inside)". Radiator covers in the hall way were hanging off, and cud use fresh carpeting ( or at least a good steam clean). But room was clean so that's important ...

Eve and Christine at the front desk were wonderful, very friendly and helpful when we needed something. Always a sweet greeting and smiles morning ,noon or nite. Nice room size and nice to have a lil table and kitchenette, fridge , plates/utensils etc. Comfortable bed. Grocery store and coffee shop about a 3-4 min walk, basically across the street. Every morning would grab coffee and have breakfast in room. Location to town was great, close walk as well , nice not to have to drive to dinner or a stroll. Also a quick drive to Le Petit Train du Nord and other trails for a nice day of hiking. (Alfred-Kelley Nature reserve was a beautiful hike and only about a 10-15min drive to the Prevost parking area) We didn't use the outdoor hot tub, or pool, but there seemed to be lots of others taking advantage of it. Plenty of parking All and all we did enjoy our stay very much..
