Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Canadacemented floors
Breakfast was good, would appreciate if eggs are also included in the menus. The floor is cemented which looks like you are residing in a place where construction is in process. Rooms should be carpeted and washroom and kitchen area tiled.

CanadaThe rooms did not have air conditioner or fans. The parking is in another building, which is about 10 minutes walk - this is inconvenience.
The breakfast was healthy and sufficient. The rooms are basically suites having separate kitchen, very useful for families with little ones.

PhilippinesThe suite floor and wall was not appealing at all, the kitchenette had no function as there were no single utensils, cooking pots nor coffee makers.Bed was uncomfortable and no AC!, No TV! It wasn't a hotel vibe, The parking was free however it was far and scary if you were checking in late. Also the hallway carpets were all stained and needed a very good cleaning.
The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. And location is good as well.

Canadait was a little far from parking garage, the room was a bit small for the price & the bed was not the best entirely for two people, was a few homeless rummaging through garbages around 11-1am & you have to completely leave the property to have a cigarette or vape.
It was close to everything that we came to the city for, it was very well kept & clean

CanadaI'm 83. I had to walk quite a ways to the P6 parking lot when the one beside the building was mostly empty. Carried suitcase down stairs with bad knees. No one mentioned I could have an exception. Also, full kitchen and didn't know no cooking supplies.

CanadaThe room we have stayed in was dusty and the bed set up was very high for me to reach. I was a little bit disappointed.
Breakfast was not like a breakfast with bacon and eggs. It was extra and expensive. The pastry were not fresh. Over it was ok.

CanadaIt was spartan. Concrete everything, one thin, unfitted sheet on a plastic-covered mattress would not stay on the beds as we slept. The kitchen had no coffee or coffee maker, no dishes or cutlery of any sort. No wifi (although it purported to have wifi - it only worked (barely) downstairs by the front desk.
It seemed clean. Nice to have 2 separate rooms. The young girl in the cafeteria and one girl at the desk were friendly and hospitable. It was clean. The breakfast was ok if you like to start your day on refined carbs and sugary drinks.

Saudi ArabiaMost staff is part-time working students and has limited training. I had to extend my stay for a few days but they refuse to extend. Staff said you need to book the hostel from Booking.com. When I checked the price it was above CAD 200+ and eventually, we checked out and search for another Motel in the city for a week. We had lots of luggage as we first time moved from Indian and searching for a new hotel was painful. 1. No restaurant close to this property. Otherside of the property there were a few restaurants but very expensive. 2. Isolated place. 3. Mall is a little far from the site.
This property belongs to SAIT college and this is not a hotel. SAIT offers this student residency/hostel during summer time for the public. So technically you end up in a Student Hostel. Best of this Residency 1. Public Transport (Max Yellow bus line) 2. C Train (SAIT Station) is within walking distance ( Winter time would be not ideal for walking) 3. The College campus is awesome and the continental breakfast is good. 4. Calgary downtown is just 2 stations from the property.

CanadaDistance between free parking lot an hotel is far. You have 30 minutes to offload and load at check in and check out. The college parking staff will hover over your vehicle and ding you immediately if you go over this time. So I scored a $45 ticket because I went over 30 minute literally by 10 min. Rooms being school dormitories are fairly spartan. TV doesn't work (No remote) very little air conditioning, and very solid beds. Didn't get much sleep. It was clean and the options of picking up your own groceries and cooking in suite is great for longer stays. Rates were affordable and given I was working with a group in campus it was very convieniently located. The staff were friendly and accomodating.
Due to the fact that I am on a Keto lifestyle their continental breakfast literally had nothing I could eat so if "Free breakfast" is supposed to be a bonus of booking it wasn't for me. Keto requires me to eat meat/dairy/vegetables , most hotels provide some form of eggs and bacon in their free breakfast. The conference centre doesn't. I would be happy with a few boiled eggs. That being said I did pay $22 per breakfast to get their additional eggs and sausage options and they do make some incredible omlettes that were very tasty:)
