Beds are only 1,3m which is critical for two adults, the quality of the beds is not the best

very small beds, lack of responsiveness from the desk staff. We requested extra towels twice that never arrived , we were told that a taxi would be ordered, but when we went down the receptionist said he didn’t know how to call for one and that « he was going to call us back but he hadn’t noted the room number «

No night stand, no bed side light, low water pressure. Small shower with low shower head. I booked for 3 people and got only 2 towels and not enough soap.

Location was good. 30 minutes walk to the center. Parking attached to the building no stress. Price 1.50CAD per hour or 18CAD 24h.

It would have been nice to have had some dishes and cutlery so we didn't have to bring our own. Queen beds would have been better for us. Would have appreciated a printed channel guide for the tv's.

Check in was great; appreciated being able to store the luggage. Parking is convenient. A nice Italian restaurant a short walk away. Had option of bus or streetcar to get downtown. Good having a second bedroom. Like the way the lights in the common area come on when door is opened. Great city view. Didn't get a chance to look for the floor with game tables. Nice new furnishings and clean. Good towels. Convenient elevators.

One of the cheapest accommodations in downtown Toronto. Helpful staff and good location. Big spacious rooms with 2 bedrooms.

needs block out blinds or something better to stop the light at night. bit far from town but manageable. nothing at all by way of cutlery or crockery is provided. we knew so ok but really need to make it clearer to potential clients, others there hadn’t realised

Ice machine and laundry room located at level 2. Had to get the laundry card from reception and top it up before using. Rooms were clean and spacious. Garage located at the basement but payable.

Location was excellent, near some great food and drink options and well served by public transport and amenities. It was great value for money and probably the cheapest option so central and with a private bathroom.

Lacking ammenities; no hair dryer in room, not enough towels in room (easy enough to fix though). Beds were small, hard to share with another person; my spouse and I ended up sleeping in separate beds in order to sleep well. Beds were also a little stiff. We also had a hard time with the thermostat; staff member came up to fix it but didn't seem to do anything.

There was a strong smell in my room. It wasn’t ideal as I have a sensitive nose, but I’d still recommend the property for a short-term stay.

Very affordable for a private room + private bathroom in Toronto! The staff is very nice. Overall, great stay.

Great Location. Clean Room and Building. Walking distance to Distillery District, St. Lawrence Market, Tim Horton’s. Many restaurants on Queen Street East (between Don Valley and Broadview)

The location is great! Can't go wrong being close to the Distillery District. And still a walking distance to city center, Harbour front, etc. Cheaper than regular hotels (which are ridiculous now a days) and with more space.
