The toilets were short, and even though I am a short person they were low to the ground. This might present a difficulty for old people (to get up from) or for tall people. The shower head was also quite low on the wall, and an extension attachment would have made it better. It was frustrating that the kitchenette didn't include a coffee maker, kettle or hot plate/burner. And there were no cutlery, plates, mugs or anything. So it sort of defeated the purpose. And the TV - while it came with cable - was quite small.

I liked the institutional feel, the high celings and the fact that you get a kitchenette (fridge, microwave). Abd the windows opened on to a nice view of the campus. The staff were amazing, and were keen to help get me additional things I needed (like a kettle, an HDMI cable, etc). Parking was plentiful, easy to register for and absolutely no hassle. And while the mountain location was a bit far from downtown, it had great views nearby.

The bathrooms should be equipped with a plunger for emergencies. I asked the cleaning staff for a plunger, and they were unable to provide one. They did not even know if the facility had any.

I like the room. I like the beds. I like the TVs.

Amazing place and best value for money. They provided everything that one could require for a stay over within a budget. Its the best place to stay for someone wishing to visit Niagra and Toronto.

There was a misunderstanding with the room cleaning services. Officially, the cleaners come every third day, but on the third day, we were in when they would clean the room, so we asked them to come the next day. But they did not, so we waited five days, and when they did come, they would not touch our beds because "our items" were on them. While I understand this, it was a little nuisance to experience. However, since we took the accommodation for practical reasons of sleeping overnight, even this was but a minor issue.

We had read the reviews and decided that this "no-frills" accommodation was just what we needed. Since we barely spent time at the hotel other than at night, sleeping, we did not require anything that was not offered. There was plenty of parking space in the allotted parking area, with the main parking lot having a capacity of hundreds and hundreds of cars, but crowded, apparently, when some event is taking place, which we did not experience. We never had an issue with finding a suitable berth. Driving a rented car, we cannot assess the public transit options, but my impression is they are scanty. By car, however, Hamilton and the neighbouring towns are extremely easy to reach, and the parking situation was not as horrible (perhaps due to the summer season) as we had experienced. The wifi coverage was excellent.

It had a small kitchenette, but there was no coffee maker, nothing other than a fridge and microwave. No dish soap, etc. No dish towels, etc. Very plain. The towels in the bathroom were small and rough feeling. But for the value I would stay there again.

There’s parking right in front of the building and you’re forced to park on the far side. It’s a lot of walking for elderly people and I don’t understand why you can’t park in front of the building. There’s an absolutely no one there. The carpet in the room I stayed in was disgusting.

No electric kettle (can request) or dishes/cups in kitchenette. Side exits cannot be used so it's a long walk for disabled people to and from the lot. No secured wifi. Kitchenette is quite dark due to no natural lighting.

Clean, spacious, convenient and quiet location. Short distances (5-15min) to Service Canada, Walmart, Tims, malls in Hamilton. Good sized bathroom, daily house keeping, helpful front desk staff. Desk and lamp in the room is nice to be able to work remotely. 15-50min drive to Oakville and Mississauga areas.

I didn't much like the shower, which took a while to get "hot"....sorta, and didn't have good pressure.

It's a dorm room, but it was clean and quiet and the bed was really comfortable. It had a fridge, and seemed to have a tv. Though I never turned that on. There was free parking, and there's lots of places to eat and drink very near by, even if you want to walk. (I didn't). The internet was fine. Lots of towels, some toiletries.

The beds were good but the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have access to breakfast in the building, especially coffee. Found the Tim Horton at the college campus but it was very hard to find. Would be nice to advertise where it is. Overall all it was a great stay and I would definitely stay there again. The whole building was spotless. Thanks to all the wonderful cleaning staff.

The location was great. We had to catch the train in the morning and it wasn’t very far away. The Mohawk college campus on the grounds were beautiful. Very clean rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of cleanliness in the room/s and they were just perfect. Beds were very comfortable and the little kitchenette was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay here again next time I come to Hamilton if they are available :)
