The air conditioning and heater is really noisy.

The bachelor suite is the right size for me and it’s comfortable and I enjoy the swimming pool but wish the hot tub works.

I had a nice quiet room on the first floor, but unfortunately saw cockroaches in kitchen. staff were great and moved me immediately to opposite side of hotel where I had no issues except it faced the air conditioning unit at the front which rattled all night long and could be heard from 5th floor thru closed windows

I was just sad that the spa was closed, would have been great to use while the kids played in the pool.

The layout and size of the family suite was perfect for our family of 5. It was great to be able to cook and we really appreciated to have 2 bathrooms. The staff was really attentive and offered good customer service. The breakfast selection was great, everything was really clean.

Pool area didn't have enough towels for the family but we did go later in the evening so very understandable.

The staff was amazing! They made you feel like they really wanted you to have a great stay. Always friendly and helpful. Amazing job to the staff! Also having a full kitchen plus 2 bedrooms both with bathrooms made the stay so much easier.

Unfortunately, the spa (Hot tub) was not working - one slight disappointment - the rest covered this flaw.

I love the layout of your room 410 - My family enjoyed the Basketball court - pool - breakfast was above expectation - it was a great stay.

Although room was disinfected, a little extra care at wiping down doors and light switches would be advisable.

The air conditioned and the bathroom fan were too noisy. Fortunately we had ear plugs and were able to sleep despite of that. The mattress was too soft. Some may like it, but it caused us some discomfort sleeping.

Very nice staff, bedroom was clean, location is great, with good restaurants nearby.

We booked for around 9 nights and we were only told that we needed to provide a deposit once we had arrived. This was done via a credit card although we made it clear that the hotel charges would be paid through another debit card. The desk staff assured us that this would be done. A few days after our arrival the front desk advised us that they had charged the credit card because we had reached a credit limit. Again this was the first time we were told about this. We then had to sort our a refund on the credit card and a charge on the debit card. A few days later the same thing was about to happen and we decided to just pay for the whole stay. The experience spoiled the stay.

We did not eat the breakfast. The location was a little isolated and you needed a car or taxi to get to most places.
