Access to room was via stairs from bar below The carpeting on stairs was filthy and greasy and was very of putting , however once you got to room it was very clean. We heard no noise from downstairs bar initially however a live band was playing at night and that wakened us up until around 2am

The room itself was lovey and clean ,lovely shower looked as though it had recently been refurbished The food in the bar is lovely and the outside patio on the river is just beautiful

There was no coffee in the room even though there was a coffee maker. No garbage can in bathroom and no recycle bin. The bed frame was a bit hazardous. Walked into the foot board several times.

The communication in the afternoon about the room and entrance code was great. It was close to the restaurant downstairs and the food was excellent as was the 20% discount. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was a coffee maker but no coffee or tea. Nice hand soap in the bathroom but no soap/ shampoo for the shower. The room was a bit dark with only one window, taken up by a/c. Minor things for a short stay.

It was comfortable, nicely decorated and conveniently located, quiet despite being over a pub. There was a sitting area (sofa), which was nice.

Hallway carpeting but it's a ski area so get it.

Room was quite nice & big since we got the bigger room. And quiet even with a jam session in restaurant below! Could have used hand towels & wash clothes as well as paper towels in coffee area. Restaurant was fun with good food, views & staff.

Very conveniently located and very nice clean room... you just can't sleep. Rooms are directly over a bar. Music and loudness starts at 9pm (very quiet before) and does not stop until 1 or 2am. Ear plugs won't help.

Entrance was iffy and made me wonder what kind of room was going to be upstairs. It was self check in and they texted the room number and code the day of arrival. However, we came west through the mountains and data was sketchy or nonexistent until we reached Golden. By the time I got the texts, we had called the number by the downstairs door and the lady wasn't the nicest. Her reply on Booking.com was abrupt.The air conditioner was a portable one which vented outside...not a bad thing except: 1, it was very loud and 2, the restaurant below had a roof patio and staff were on the roof area getting supplies, serving etc. Because the vent was in a plastic holder, there was no screen on the window and no kind of latch securing the window. If a person was so inclined, they could simply push the window open and have access to the room (a bit of a security issue in my opinion).

The room was exactly what we expected. It looked freshly renovated. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small though. The little kitchen area was nice, came with cups, plates and cutlery. The only thing missing in the kitchen was either paper towels or a hand towel for drying dishes. We ended up having to use a bath towel.🙂 which wasn't ideal but it worked.

Although all of the communication was done over text, the lady was very prompt in responding to me (within minutes) and the self check in was seamless and straightforward. The location is amazing, right downtown, along the river board walk.

Even though we turned our temperature control down as low as it could go the room was warm. We opened the window to cool it down and there was a lot of street noise.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. Easy to access and it had plates and cutlery. The staff are really responsive over sms.

Entry. The rooms are upstairs so you had to carry your bags - no elevator.

Newly renovated. The concierge was virtual so I received a text with the pass code of the rooms. The entry way was a bot sketchy (obviously not part of the renovation), but the rooms were quite, clean and had everything you needed.

The issue with this place is that it's on top of a bar so if you have anywhere to be in the morning you won't be getting much sleep. The music is so loud.

Room was clean and cozy. The sheets were really soft. I really enjoyed the contactless check in and being given a code to get into the room.

Good location right in downtown Golden. Lots of street parking available. Room was clean and relatively new. Caroline was very kind and gave clear instructions on how to self check-in.
