The room was severely lacking in any outlets. No USB connections anywhere. Fortunately, I had brought a USB power brick to charge our phones. The only accessible plug was in the bathroom. I did not want to dig behind the bed to access power. Normally there are light fixtures with an extra outlet and/or USB charging ports. An in-room coffee maker would also be nice. Is there an ice machine in the building? I never saw one.

The room was clean and well-maintained. Excellent water pressure and temp for the shower. A/C worked perfectly. Outside noise was minimal. The mini fridge worked well and was pretty clean, as was the microwave. Ample parking as well. The breakfast area was spacious, clean, and stocked well with hot and cold items. The food was pretty good and the staff there took good care of the room.

One of the bulbs in the bathroom had blown off but had not been replaced - made it a bit darker in the bathroom. It should have been checked and replaced prior to our stay, I thought.... I wish the Wego bus-stop was closer to the hotel.

We arrived earlier before 3.00pm; [check in time], but they agreed to keep for us our luggage as we left for the falls. Upon our return to the hotel, we liked the gentleman who checked us in - kind and welcoming. The room was clean & refreshing with A/C running already when we got inside. Not to forget the beautiful window view of the river gouge across & greens on the US boarder across the road. Being away from the crazy noise next to the falls; we had a peaceful-silent night just like at home. The breakfast was good with a variety to choose from, the serving staff were exceptional & breakfast area clean, organized & spacious despite being under renovation on the lower side of the sitting area!

No ice machine. You had to go to the front desk for ice and you only got enough ice for a couple of drinks. Paying for parking, which they also charged tax on. Beds weren't the most comfortable. You get what you paid for. Value hotel, overall the stay was okay.

The breakfast was convenient with good options like waffles, eggs,sausage and fresh fruit. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the room, I did find too noisy. I could hear the person above my room, their foot steps. I couldn’t sleep well because of that. Other than that, the stay was good.
