Clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent shower. We especially appreciated having a lock-up space for our bikes. Staff were very pleasant and attentive.

The room got very warm quickly and the air conditioning unit provided was very loud and had to be on all night. Communication before check in was a bit rude, however gentleman on the desk at check in was very kind and helpful.

Lovely appearance, rooms were of a good size and very clean. Bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom had very helpful amenities. Free bike, paddle board and kayak use is a very big plus! Location was great.

This rooms can be a bit noisy.

The exterior looks a bit shabby, but the rooms are modern well renovated. The location is not right in the centre of Victoria, but the fact that they offer complementary ebikes makes the centre very easy to reach. It's also a 2 minute bike ride to the Galloping Goos Trail which makes it very convenient to go for a nice bike ride around or outside Victoria. The breakfast buffet is not huge, but it's a decent breakfast (which is most important, right?).

The hotel has an excellent location fairly close to the centre of Vicyoria. On arrival we received a warm welcome and our room was a good size,very well appointed and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the en-suite well appointed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was an enjoyable affair with a good selection available to suite all tastes.

The breakfast was great but it would have been nice to reduce the pastries and add bread or bagel and granola for the yogurt. Not enough receptacles in the room for CPAP machine and computers or cell phone chargers.

The room was clean and bed and bathroom were recently updated. The bed was very comfortable with a good selection of pillows. The shower was nice lots of room and the water pressure was good. Loved the great room and the complementary bikes. The all day juice and hot beverage machine was fantastic. :)

Suggestion. All booking sites need to be updated to reflect there is no shuttle service.

The room (except the bathroom) was very outdated und definitely needs modernization. We felt like living in the 80s. Breakfast was not good. The hotel should either simply not offer breakfast at all or (if desired, for an additional fee) provide a better, at least somewhat healthy breakfast

Staff could have been a bit more welcoming. But otherwise fine. I didn't check out there amenity spaces like their "Great Room" so I wouldn't know about that.

The property doesn't look great, very dated from the outside. But the suites are nice, clean and well done. Great towels, good water pressure, good soaps, etc. Comfy bed. Sustainable packaging everywhere. Hit the mark.

Free Kayaks and E-bikes, seriously! We love adventureing and this place is 15 minute bike ride from downtown. We took bus from Harbor, then a simple 20 minute walk to hotel. Fun quickly place.

There wasn't much to dislike. The breakfast was pleasant, but I would have liked a couple of less sweet and gluten free options, but overall very nice.

Upon arriving at Robin Hood Inn, it reminded me of inns I'd stayed at in the US, and it appeared quaint. Once we entered our room, we encountered the cleanest room I think I've ever stayed in, quite modern and well appointed. The decor was lovely, the option to use a kitchenette was great, had we been staying for a longer time. There were slippers provided, which was a lovely additional touch to the experience. The washroom was spotless, even the baseboards and corners were clean - one of my girls even commented on that! The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. The lounge/games room was open til 10pm, and while we didn't use the room, it's a great option if kids want to play games or play pool.

The breakfast wasn’t good at all. They didn’t serve any hot meals! Boiled eggs were cold and peeled off 🤔 so it means they weren’t fresh! They haven’t any cheese or honey!

It is tidy and clean. Staffs are polite. Also it’s recently renovated
