False advertising. The property was advertised as a king-room ocean view. There is no ocean view. In fact, the only window is irregular/ small size. No walk-out terrace as advertised on the picture. The room on the picture I booked was a different room.

Didn't get from Booking.com the instructions for accessing my room immediatly upon arrival. I waited an hour in the rain for the owner to let me in.

Very comfortable froom with a lovely view over the bay. Great location near the Seaside Walkway where I was able to walk after a long journey AND, importantly, do some birdwatching.

We arrived in mid January after a big snowfall. I guess being from Ontario where snow is supposed to be cleared, we were surprised that the driveway and parking spaces were covered in deep snow. It was a challenge to park on the side of the road in front of the house. After 3 days of rain, the snow did melt.

The location is great, great view and neibourhood, short drive away from many parks.. there were many stores down the street.

Could use more plugs and driveway very steep. A kitchenette would be very nice also.

Initial entry was confusing but worked once we located the key. Some very nice touches such as free expression but room description was somewhat misleading and could use more available electrical plugs. Nice and clean and overall quiet.

It’s located in the rich neighborhood. Of course it’s very safe. I enjoyed walking along the beach near the stay. I was lucky to see the beautiful sunset over the horizon of the ocean.

My stay was like a studio with everything in it. It’s very clean and modern. I had my own entrance with a key in the lock.

We booked for two adults and two children, however when we arrived the sofa bed had not been made. We had to text the host, who took a while to respond and directed us to a cupboard to get the linen and make the bed ourselves. When the sofa bed is down, there is very little space in the room. The bathroom door is very dangerous and we told our children (8 and 10) not to use it for fear of losing a finger. One morning we woken by someone in the main house screaming at a male and telling him to get out of her house. We lost all power one night, possibly due to the multiple extension leads around the room, and although the owner did reply it took approximately an hour or so. She did apologise for the situation though. You probably need a car to make the most of the location, otherwise it could be a bit isolated.

The room is in a beautiful house, in a beautiful neighbourhood with sea views from the drive. The main bed is very large with a good size ensuite and toiletries. There is a good size T.V with Netflix and fridge and microwave. There is tea and coffee. On the day we arrived there were cereal bars too. The host is friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the ground level suite with the kitchen. It has everything you will need. Very spacious - Beds very comfortable and shower was great. I requested a pack and play and high chair for our baby and the owner kindly supplied these. The neighbourhood is absolutely beautiful. However, the silver door handle on the sliding door is a complete hazard. My fingers got smashed when closing it which required medical attention. I have contacted the owner to remove the silver door handle as they have been removed from the other suites beside this room, but not this one? There is another handle below to close the door anyway so it needs to be removed to prevent this from happening to other guests.

Wish there was bottled water along with the sparkling water. Shower takes a minute to figure out the handles - instructions posted would help that. Not crazy about the blinds for the sliding doors and window-curtains would lend more privacy.

Location! Close to the town and shops and waterfront. Room was comfortable with spacious bathroom. Lockbox outside door was easy to use so we didn’t have to bother the host to access.
