Only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is the hot tub water, it was filty, and I don't care if it meets the health standards. It was visibly dirty. How hard is it to replace hot-tub water regularly.

I like this place, we stayed there numerous times. Hotel is a little dated, but clean and has all amenities, including fully equiped kitchen, pool and sauna.

We came in New Year’s eve 2023. Didn’t enter the suite until 5pm. The front desk lady, Ms. Cheryl was not nice and not friendly. We came around 3pm and saw other guests come in to their respective rooms after we checked jn first. The lobby was packed too because other guests can’t check in yet due to rooms are being cleaned so they’re all standing in the lobby. My mom asked her (Ms. Cheryl) if around what time does the suite will be done and she aggressively answered “I don’t know” as someone who also works for customer service, I don’t think answering a guest “ I DON’T KNOW” is very disrespectful. A simple “I’ll see what I can do” would really change the mood. At 5pm, my mom approached the front desk again about an update, that’s when Ms. Cheryl told my mom that she already told us what room we’re in. The fact that she lied in front on us is a no-no. Plus if she already told us the room, how come she didn’t hand out the keys? I just didn’t make sense. Late check in + toiletries are not fully stocked up. I know we all have our bad days, but i wish we don’t bring our problems at work if that’s the case. That’s the only problem we had on our stay and we’re actually planning to go back on summer if given the chance.

The love that the property is beach/water front. Love the morning view. Would appreciate if it has an elevator as someone who has a family member who really can’t tolerate walking up and down the stairs.

The heater was very loud. So loud that it woke us up multiple times during the night.

Exterior aesthetics. But that's not a dealbreaker.

Our suite was scrupulously clean. Everything you need to make your own meals if desired, even to entertain. Loved the pool and hot tub with lake/harbor view. Great lake view from our suite. Right at the end of the town's quaint main street. Facility is dated, but everything else spot-on. Beds were comfy.

Noise from the street. Fireplace didn't seem to be working. Wifi was very spotty.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed the view from our room and how well the suite was appointed.

Toilet shut off valve was dripping( put bowl under it to catch drips) , wall outlet by bed didn't work.Alerted staff to issues at checkout.

Great location, nice view of Harbour. The Suite was a nice size. Good facilities with fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave etc. Well stocked with cooking utensils cutlery, etc. Amenities were good. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice .Nice community to visit.

Some basic maintenance items needed fixing eg both toilet pan seats needed the fixings tightened. Also the blind in the living area could not be drawn over. Lack of usb charging sockets meant having to use plug system instead (fortunately we carry several!).

Large 2 bedroom apt. Also had good kitchen self catering facilities - fridge/freezer, cooker etc Very good view out of front windows overlooking the bay

The resort was a little dated; a few minor touchups will improve the appearances.

Location was centrally located very close to the city, harbour and Thornbury Fish Ladder which we intended to visit. Suites were very large to accommodate our group.
