We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaMy wife and I recently traveled from Ontario to Newfoundland in an electric vehicle, staying at economy motels such as yours, along the way. We were rather disappointed that no economy motels provided overnight EV charging. I would highly recommend that economy motel owners consider installing Level 2 240 volt EV chargers of approximately 30-40 amp capacity connected to a network such as FLO or Chargepoint. The network would collect the cost through their network RFID card or app to compensate the motel owner. A reasonable charge of about $1.50/hr. would be much more attractive to me, then staying at a luxury motel and paying $50 to $100 more per night and receiving “free” charging for approximately $10 worth of EV charging.

CanadaEven for the summer season, way overpriced for a motel in the middle of nowhere. Keeping little maintenance would be great - for example, we got a squeaky door to the bathroom and slow water flush in the bathroom sink. Surprisingly, there is no separate bin for the recycling - it's a pity, as more than half of our garbage bin could be recycled. No toilet brush, no TV remote/instructions on how to operate TV. Quite empty walls - adding some paintings/decor in the room, and shelves/racks and decor in the bathroom would make it more cozy and functional.
Surprisingly spacious, newly renovated room with modern, solid, spacey furniture and equipped with kitchenette which our family always appreciate. Soft mattresses (if you like it). Quiet area, despite of being close to a big street. Quiet A/C unit, good wifi, Petro-Canada across the street and Tims around the corner for urgent needs.

CanadaBooking.com had conflicting information about the pet-friendliness of this motel. I had stayed there previously with pets with no issues or extra charges. Yet now, booking.com stated that pets are 'not allowed' . This was untrue; they ARE allowed, but there is now a $25. per night fee for pets. I don't have a problem with this per se--but it should NOT be a surprise to a guest when they show up to check in! You need to amend your information on the booking.com site to clearly state the pet policy; check with the motel to be sure if you need to before publishing incorrect information.
Plain, but adequate for my needs motel at an excellent location. Bed was comfortable, and room clean. Air conditioning seemed to work well.
