The small swimming pool could be a nice place to relax after half a day of rain if there weren‘t the swimming lessons for kids… It’s basically unusable in the afternoon. What bugged us most was the hotel‘s interpretation of „breakfast included“. The breakfast is not included, what is included - and only disclosed upon arrival - is a 30$ voucher per person for á la carte breakfast. Conveniently enough, there is exactly one breakfast on the menu, the continental, which costs 30$ with a coffee and a juice included. Whatever else you order, you are most definitely exceeding the 30$ because no drinks are included and you are charged for every single cup of watery filter coffee. This should be disclosed in the booking process so guests can make an informed decision.

Spacious, beautifully furnished room with almost nothing to complain about but the weird „smart“ fridge and accessory’s shelf (a sensor basically records if you take something and if you don’t put it back within a few seconds, you are automatically charged). Very nice restaurant, extremely friendly staff. Nicely situated in one of the most beautiful quarters of the city with a five minute walk to the subway and about 45 walking minutes away from the lake.

The lady at check in was very nice and accommodating, ensuring I was pleased with my room location. Breakfast and lunch in the hotel restaurant were very enjoyable and delicious. Bed and pillows are very comfortable.

We had a disappointing experience with a room service. My teenage child made an order. One hour later I had to call myself to remind them about the order. They explained that it was some kind of communication mistake with the reception desk and the order will be delivered soon. And it was. The guy who brought it apologized again and said that he added a complimentary bottle of Evian water to the order. Later when we checked the bill we saw that water bottle was INCLUDED in the bill!

Location was perfect for us. The restaurant served good breakfast. All the personnel were nice and helpful. Our room was clean. We had a wonderful stay as a family.

Valet parking is very convenient but you should add ca 10 minut waiting time for your car. Have not checked the pool area so have no opinion on this.

I liked everything in the hotel. The room was spacious, same as bathroom, it was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was very kind and helpful, wifi was working well. The breakfast was very good too, also restaurant / bar in the evening.

Wish there was a hot tub in the pool area, but a very minor issue with an otherwise wonderful stay.

This is just a personal preference but I found the bed to be a bit firm for my liking however my travel companion loved the firmness of the beds. Of course comfort is subjective! But for anyone considering booking I would say the beds are on the "firmer" side.

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was beyond friendly. We were only there one night and didn't really get to take advantage of all amenities but we will definitely book again.

The location is good, but at the edge of downtown. There is a metro station around the corner though.

The facilities are great, nice decoration and feels like recently updated. The personnel were very helpful and responsive.
