Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe reason we were upgraded to a suite was a bunch of school children who were in Montreal for athletic competitions. They were yelling and running down the halls until after 10:00 p.m. each night. Free breakfast was not offered.
We were upgraded to a suite - lots of space. Parking on-site was good, and the hotel provided steering-wheel locks for guests. Crime is high in Montreal.

CanadaA little uncomfortably cold because of a draft coming in around the window air conditioning unit. Had to turn heat up to compensate. Laminate floor was sticky from cleaning product.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Interacted with three members of staff at check-in, check-out, and another person who helped us with the extra pillows we requested. All were extremely polite and friendly. Room was clean.

CanadaI normally don’t ask to clean the room if I’m only staying for 2 nights but since there’s no fan in the bathroom and smelled funny I wanted a clean bathtub and new box of tissue(there were 3 pieces left the first night). The box of tissue was left empty and the bathtub was not cleaned at all, even some hair was left there. Towels don’t have to be brand-new but at least get rid of the shredded ones. And the soap and shampoo/conditioner was very bad I had to go buy some just to feel clean.
Right beside Raddison station(green line) so it was super convenient to go anywhere in the city by metro. Reception staff were all nice people

CanadaThere were very limited, cheap toiletries given. Housekeeping was not good at all. I only asked for cleaning once during my five day stay and they didn’t even clean. They just made the bed and provided new towels that they left on the dirty toilet. Some of our old towels were left there in the room and bits of tissue paper left on the floor. There were blood stains on the sheets in both rooms I stayed in.
The room and bathroom were nice and updated, the common areas were clean, parking free and abundant, staff willing to address issues that arose.

CanadaMy room was located less than 60 ft of a large Power Transformer and Distribution Station. I am allergic to the EMF generated by these power plants. I did not notice when I entered the room because the blinds were closed. If I had known, I would have requested a room change. Mattress was OK but the bed sheets are made of synthetic fabric instead of cotton. these sheets are known to generate static electricity which induces, in my case, severe leg cramps. (Hint!): the way to get around this problem is to apply slightly wet towels on both legs and you will not be bothered with static electricity.
Room 216 was a standard American dual queen bed. It was clean and did have all the amenities and essentials but nothing very fancy however. The Hotel is conveniently located across the street of a subway station. You can have breakfast on the premises for a price not included in the room fee. Restaurant service and food were excellent. The chef was friendly and attentive to customer needs.

United KingdomDon't go here for the views! We looked out over an electricty sub station at the back. While ok value for money, it is a bit soulless and you have to pay for breakfast on top which I think given the price and location should have been included.
OK hotel, a bit out of town and near a huge shopping mall where you can buy just about anything. Rooms are a good size and they have breakfast and a bar, but not included with the price. Just by Radisson metro station for easy access to city centre. Near too beautiful Botanical gardens and Montreal Olympic site.
