My wife, me and a 4 yrs kid stayed there for 7 nights. We came from Wisconsin state. The staff were polite and friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. There were a full bed and twin bed. Room had microwave and oven which made happy time to stay there as a family, and reduced our cost of living. It was amazing that, BBQ was located outdoor when we needed to grill burger, ribs, and chicken. They had a daily room service expected from 3 stars hotel. Check-in and check out process was so fast and easy. You will have access to everything in less than 10 min drive while you are almost in the heart of the town. I highly recommend this place for long stay with your family as you feel there like your home.

Initially, the oven was a bit oily, but the staff and cleaning service team cleaned it as soon as we told them.

Couple cockroaches in the bathroom. I think they sprayed.Haven’t seen any since then. Some crackhead was banging on a door down the hall. The owner did a great job removing him. I feel bad a motel owner has to deal with losers sometimes. I guess that’s Windsor.

Everything was fine.

This is a no frills motel, but it was just great for what I needed. The room was clean and I loved how there was a kitchenette right in the room with an oven, sink, and fridge, and even dishes and a pot to cook with. The price was great and things worked. When prices are very low, you might worry about cleanliness or safety, but these were fine. The location was right off of the main strip so each for me to commute places for my work. I was travelling as a single woman and I never felt unsafe. There is even a picnic table and grill outside though I didn't have an occasion to use them. The hotel is a little old-fashioned (like there's an actual key instead of a key card), but that was fine with me. The internet went off once in the middle of the night when I was working, but I called the front desk in the morning and they reset my password and that was all fine. The staff was nice and there was plenty of parking. I also liked how this was near a lot of restaurants. Overall, I thought this was an amazing value for the price.

I think just a couple fixes could have really taken it up a notch. The brass on my bedside lamp was tarnished so badly it looked like dust was stuck to it, the key tag for my room had grime in the crevices, the electrical outlet with the AC unit plugged in was missing an outlet cover, the fan on the range hood was missing a cover, and I could see the slab of plywood that was being used as part of my bed frame. I think a quick fix/cover-ups of these things would have improved my perception of the cleanliness significantly. My bed was a little uncomfy, you can tell it’s had years of people sleeping in it creating dips on the sides and a ridge in the middle, I think something as simple as a mattress topper would have helped here, and maybe thicker pillows but I tend to be picky about pillows so take that with a grain of salt. I really can’t complain, though. These were such small details and I’m still thrilled with my stay and the price.

I was super impressed with the ease of booking and checking in/out, my room price, wifi speed, parking availability, number of tv channels and ease of use for the tv, and the room that I got for what I paid. There was a fully stocked kitchen in my room with a stove and everything, and that was a wonderful touch. The room was simple and clean enough. The motel itself was cute and quiet and the staff were very friendly and more than willing to accommodate. I saw no signs of any bed bugs or roaches which is always a bonus, and impressive given the kitchen in the room. Over all, I was really pleased with the room and the motel as a whole!

Nobody on front desk to check in. They had left a phone number to call but it went to voice-mail. I did get a call back within a couple of minutes but had to wait 10 minutes for somebody to come and check me in. He then tried to argue that I was somebody else, then that he had no rooms left and couldn't find my reservation even though I'd only just booked it online 20min earlier. Eventually did get book in to a rather shabby room.
