The lady at front desk was very accommodating went over her shift to make sure I was alright from riding my motorcycle in the rain very friendly and the cleaning staff were very nice

Very comfortable. Cottage was warm with the electric heat, the kitchen was well equipped. The fridge and stove appear older and I was pleasantly surprised how well they worked. They don't make things like they use to. I liked the blackout blinds especially for helping get our daughter to sleep. The owner is very nice and was quick to respond to requests. Excellent location for her to anything you need as grocery and shopping are within a km. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Convenience of location came at the price of being sited on a busy road. Cottage itself was very small and cramped. Was quite old, somewhat unloved and 'tired'. Whilst there was an aircondition unit, it struggled to cool the place, and just took the edge off the heat only. Facilities within cottage were functional, but basic and dated; needed a kettle, rather than filter coffee maker. Appreciate that this is Summer high season, but the place could do with a deep clean. The filter on air conditioner was filthy and smelly, and the floors needed scrubbing. Was poor value for money.

Conveniently located for access to Charlottetown. Pet friendly. Nice grassy areas for dogs. Was available at short notice. Parking right next to unit.

bathroom wasn’t in great shape. someone before us has cokes with fish so there was a terrible smell. I think it’s a bit too expensive for what you get.

It's our first time to stay in Charlotte Town, so we have no experience if the price is good enough!? Compare to all the places we stayed during our trip from Toronto to Halifax, the facilities are not in good condition for the price, everything is just usable.

It's a cottage, so we have the privacy space. It also includes a deck with a BBQ, all look ok but we didn't use it because of the weather. Parking is on the site and easy to access.

the cottage was rated for 4 but would be more suited to 2. they also never came to give us fresh towels or get the garbage. there was no house keeping. we saw them the first day and not after that. the floors were super dirty. I was tempted to go out and buy a mop.

We were put into a very small room with 4 people and the pull out couch was so close to the bed that they were touching. We had to find somewhere else to stay. We were not able to get a refund because we booked through booking.com I will be booking through hotels from now on.

Plain room that resembled a cheap motel room. In the 16 days we spent in PEI and Nova Scotia, this room was the most expensive and one of the least comfortable accommodation.

Full kitchen even if we didn’t use it except the fridge for our picnic lunches.

Wifi was pretty miserable. At times it did not work well. They need to work on it

The location and the layout of the room was good. It had a small kitchen also. A huge green area in front of the room, where a pet can easily run and get tired. Parking in front of the room. Quite spacious for a solo traveler with the dog. No extra charge for a dog is something you cannot find.
