1st floor hallways seemed to need a vacuum, as noted small debris paper etc along walk to room. But we did arrive late at night, so perhaps just end of busy day or event.

Official checkin at 4. We were there after 5 & had a half hour wait to check in even though there was only one group of four checking in ahead of us when we got there. And there were no towels in our room, other than one small face cloth & no answer at the front desk (no number for housekeeping), so I had to ask one of the cleaners going through the rooms on my floor.

Good location. Good amenities. The room was clean & comfortable. Love the robes.

A restaurant would have been nice, but really everything close by. I didn't need the pool, if you do, check that it is open and whether there will be food available at pool.

Room was very clean, comfortable and good size. Hotel was very clean, free parking which is a perk. Bed was a "10" Not a fancy hotel but I rate excellent. Pool was out of order No food available in hotel but step outside and everything walking distance though very trafficy. Location very central and freeway right there , close to airport, about 30 min. No cash at fron desk, ATM in lobby.. Very reasonably priced, I would go back. Lots of other hotels adjacent but value here is very good and don't forget, FREE PARKING.

I wish there would be extra blinds on the windows. The area and street next to hotel is very busy even during night time. Breakfast in the hotel is too expensive. It should be better then $25+tax

Close to HWY and metro. Convenient if you need to use a car or public transit. Friendly staff. Clean room. Overall it was good stay. Will definitely return when next time in Montreal

It’s a little tired. It’s a bit disappointing to find a Montreal icon age. We hope that the ownership will be able to spend capital to update it. There are many great features and lots of potential.

The location is good, near transit and amenities. And, it looks like some effort is being put in to update the facility.

Needed an EV charger to find that yours is $5 an hour (absurd rate) that’s $60 charge my car. There’s city owned stations across the street that cost $1 per hour ($12 total to charge my car). I’d like to suggest lowering the price as $5 per hour is gouging when the machine only offers 37KM per hour max. Most hotels only charge $1 to $1.50 per hour which is more reasonable.

Close to the metro and lots of amenities. Close to the highway and easy to leave the city.

It’s a little run-down. The room and the lobby didn’t look properly cleaned although the bed and towels were spotless. The ice machine on my floor wasn’t working. Their parking lot has barrier gates but they don’t seem to work and that’s a shame. With all the car thefts in Montreal, it would have been nice if they could get it in working order to protect their guests cars.

Location is excellent, very close to downtown Montreal. This hotel was probably very glamorous in its prime.

The heater is noisy I wish that the back entrance was open all the time so we could get it faster instead of staying in traffic and get through the main entrance on Decarie

Time for check in incredibly slow, no help nor attention from front desk on the morning of April 7th (he was on his cellphone and never hung up to see what we needed, twice (went back to my room, came back down, same non service, still on his cellphone), restaurant / bar not open, no temporary service.

One of the towels for hands was initially dirty. We were able to hear our noisy neighbors. The other things were good.

In general, I enjoyed staying in the hotel. The staff is friendly. The room was spacious and as it was in the photo. The bed is very comfortable. The location is good, there is a subway station only 10 10-minutes walk from the hotel. Also, there are a bunch of restaurants and supermarkets.

There was no notice that the hotel bar-and restaurant are closed for renovations, there is no alternative. No vending machines, no shop, no minibar….basically nothing available at the hotel. 200 CAN deposit for incidentals on third party bookings. Couldn’t find anyone attending the front desk on my 5am checkout.

The location is good, close to Montreal airport. Rooms are big and comfortable. Parking is big, free and easy accessible.
