Everything perfect: pick-up at the airport, recommendations for restaurants, answered all our questions and organized our drop-off at the RV station. In the house, there are a bit thin walls. In this case our little baby might have awakened our neighbors. BUT Ruby and Minh already informed our neighbors in advance that there will be a baby in the house which made us feel way more comfortable with the situation. Perfect for us as young parents!

The stove didn’t always work properly, but the hosts stated they can fix any issues during the stay, we just didn’t bother writing since we stayed a couple of days only and it wasn’t a problem at all. Otherwise no issues.

The unit is on the ground floor of a house, not a basement which made it an amazing find. The windows face the backyard which made it feel a little extra private and cozy. I loved that the kitchen had everything we needed cuz we prefer to cook our own meals when we travel, so it was important for us. Big and comfortable bed is an extra plus. A nice extra touch were the complementary sweet and savory snacks and bottles water, which was very welcoming after a long trip. The house is in a very lovely neighborhood in Vancouver with public transport availability within walking distance.

Prefer a small TV in the bedroom also.

It had everything you could need right down to the washer and dryer. King bed was wonderful. Hosts are very helpful and rang us when we forget something on checkout.

I can't see anything that really bothered me. Everything was easy and accessible with very clear instructions.

It was a lot more space than what I thought it would be. The path was well lit. And it was close to the Crystal Mall and the Metro Mall as well.

It was a real home away from home! Bed was super comfy and the neighbourhood is peaceful. The hosts were lovely and helpful. The location is also great. I had a car so very convenient but it is also close to bus and skytrain and other amenities. I highly recommend this place!

This apartment was really great. It was like we were at home. Spacious with the possibility to have a break in the garden. The neighborhood is very quiet. Suitable for everyone, especially families. Nearby, within a 5 minute walk, there are several bus stops and a huge supermarket. The owner was really kind and helpful. Bonus: the neighbor's cat comes looking for you in the morning and in the evening to be cuddled when you pass by his house.

The facilities were excellent from a welcome basket to ease of operation of appliances and convenience of location. Ruby kept us well informed throughout the booking process and the stay. She even offered for us to leave our bags until checkin time as we arrived early. The instructions for local attractions and local amenities were very clear. We felt safe at all times.
