The layout of the room was all wrong, there is a lovely sofa in teh room which is facing away from the falls!! Theres a fire on the wall which should be on the other wal enabling the sofa to be on the wall looking out to the falls we had to move the sopfa round oursleves so that we could sit fgazing out onto the falls as this was the whole reason we nbooked this room!! A majot design eror I think when this room was fitted out - it all seemed 'back to front'!!

The view of fall is spectacular. Staffs is very helpful and nice. We can keep our luggage at the hotel after check in and check out. The package included quite a lot, such as free wine tasting and 2-day WEGO pass.

Very slow check-in/check-out process. When we checked in they didn’t give us a breakfast voucher (we had paid for breakfast to be included), so they charged us again at breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Don’t understand why they don’t have a system in place in the restaurant, where they check your room number, to see if you’ve already paid or not, for breakfast included in your room rate. This made checking-out an even longer process. Expensive car parking, should be included in the price of the room which is quite expensive for a night. Unfortunately for us there were some terrible children running up and down the corridor during the evening, screaming and yelling, thinking it was ok to entertain themselves outside everyone’s rooms. Not the hotels fault of course, it’s just a shame the parents let their kids act like that and don’t care about other guests.

The room was nice, with an excellent view of the falls from the 23rd floor. The bed was very comfortable. Quite a good selection of food for breakfast.

Very scarce employee number. During our stay we only saw one employee at the entry/registration desk. No security, floor workers, etc around. No active bar at the hotel, lobby bar was closed during our stay.

Location can’t be better. Highly recommend getting the Fallsview rooms, the best view of both the falls.

On a multinight stay, wanted to add one more evening, rate was $40 more for same room on a Thursday. Moved hotels because of this.

When we first checked in we noticed the room was extremely small and not much area to walk around. We also had our kids so we needed more space. There was a baby with a playpen and a 4 and 8 yrs old.

The breakfast was great. Food was fresh and delicious. The view and location was amazing. We could see over the falls and surrounding areas.

Great view from the room. It's great to be able to see the illuminated waterfall from a room. And breakfast is also good. If I have friends who want to go see the waterfall, I recommend this hotel.

The bathroom, while clean and tidy, had two a problems. One is lighting - there's only one light source and it is very dim. The other one - there's not enough hangers for the towels. There were three of us, and we had trouble hanging all our towels. The breakfast area is good, but not big enough, which leads to the lines (it took us some 15 min to get to the table). The parking options are rather expensive. Finally, the constant sound from the falls may be somewhat annoying if you are sensitive enough.

We've booked a room with the falls view and got one on the 17th floor almost at the corner of the building - and we've got THE VIEW! It was fascinating both at the day and at night! And it is not on the hill, but, effectively on the first line, so getting to walk to the falls is very fast and convenient. The room was rather spacious with two fairly big and comfortable beds. All was clean and tidy. The breakfast was also very good, with a decent choice of food. Finally the hotel has an almost direct connection to the waterpark, which is also a huge bonus if you're there with the kids.

Bathroom extraction fan noisy. Shower pipes very noisy and actually banging very loudly. Parking costs high.

Front desk staff. They moved us to a room on the same floor as the guests we were traveling with. Fantastic view of the falls. Cozy bar on the 13th floor.

I don't think our AC worked well.

This hotel is HUGE! I selected it because I wanted my mom to have a view of the Falls for her birthday. I had no idea this hotel also consisted of and was connected to a waterpark, the Crown Plaza - where our first dinner was, a food court and more. You never have to go outside if you don't want to.
