There was an issue with our booking where we had selected a king suite with a kitchenette and a pull out couch. When we arrived, they had a king suite with kitchenette and a sofa that was only slightly bigger than a love seat. My son had to compete in an athletic event so I had to sleep on the couch. I am 6 foot 3 inches tall...it was not comfortable...and the hotel was unable to do anything for us. It was a bit of a fight to get any bedding out of them so I could at least have some sheets and a blanket. They had no spare pillows, and the discount they offered me was a bit of a joke... I'd "possibly" try staying here again, but I'd book directly through them next time and not through Booking.com as the manager claimed that is where the issue arose (from the information they are sent from Booking.com).

The facility was well located in relation to the event we were in town to attend. There was a good selection of restaurants within walking distance.

The location was great for us. The room was clean and staff was helpful when we had a problem. We were first put in a 2 Queen room when we had booked a King room. The mistake was fixed immediately and we were put in a King room. We were very glad to change rooms because the hotel was filled with high school students for track and field and it was very loud and noisy. Our new room was quiet. We ate a Chop Restaurant and it was delicious.

The bed skirt was somewhat torn.

Clean, spacious room and loo. Cordial front desk staff. 24 hr free shuttle service and its kind chauffeur. Close to the airport and many restaurants. Comfy and spotless bed. Quiet ambience on the floor. Great air conditioner.

I was unfortunately put on the 5th floor with only one elevator working which made it a bit tricky for me and the dog to go out, but other than that nothing I can complain about.

The room was wonderful, incredible pillows two different types which is a blessing in disguise. The bathroom was absolutely stunning with the rain shower head.

The lobby needs some upgrading not much to do except go to the pool which was full of energetic kids so I skipped the pool . The sink in the bathroom was clogged The carpets need to be removed .

I liked the location plenty of restaurants Beds were comfy . Coffee station was ok they had skim milk only which is not the best for coffee whole milk is best or cream

Great location to airport; shuttle service was excellent being picked up from airport; great access to Chops restaurant; lovely hotel common areas and great room (upgraded to a suite) . Great experience for a one night stay.

we were offered at first the room at the ground floor next to the elevator which was unappreciated. we asked to be moved somewhere else. the toilet doesn’t flush properly. the light in the bathroom flickers.

I didn’t like the fact that the first room given to me had no air, was given another room and it had the same issue. I had to wait a while for it to be changed again but it ended up being ok because my room was upgraded to a suite because of the inconvenience.

the property is close to basic amenities needed even if it’s an airport hotel. it’s clean and staff was friendly

We noticed that our bathroom was not clean when we arrived, we were immediately offered another room that still fit our initial request, in a quiet area. Cleaning ladies sitting on the couch in front of the elevator, chatting, that's a weird look. 🤔

Really appreciated the pool and spa after a long exhausting day. Good deco, good amenities, we liked the hotel.

An ice storm knocked out power to the hotel and local area. It's not the fault of the hotel, but it made the stay less than 100% positive.

Room upkeep could have been done at least twice in six days rather than only once.

Location of our hotel suited our needs with family nearby perfectly. We were upgraded to a kitchenette suite which we appreciated very much. The soundproofing of our room and walls was impressive as we expected to hear all kind of noises being on the first floor but instead was a state of near silence.

attention to detail when cleaning such as marks on walls - dirt on doors especially around the handle area. front desk agents upon check in seemed more interested in conversing with each other

we enjoyed the one bedroom suite and small kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure great.

Although it is not a big deal, front desk was a little cold. Quickest check in ever, there was no explanation on services, breakfast, nothing. Usually front desk even leaves you with an explanation on where the elevators are located.I had to ask all the questions. knowing if I should head right or left to grab the elevator was tricky lol especially when your hands are full of heavy bags. Honestly for me it isn't a big deal but it could be better. Maybe next time just stating: "Elevators are to your left, have a nice stay!" Can make a huge difference in customer service. :)

The room is nice. Beds are comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi was enjoyable and free parking is a plus!

The beds were not comfortable for us.. maybe others will be comfortable.. and the water in the taps was weak in the shower and sink..
