With the hotel itself no complaints. Very busy 4-6 lane street so can be a challenge turning across to enter or exit hotel parking. Drive to any major attractions. Lots of stores restaurants etc in area but most on opposite side and no crosswalks to cross.

Lobby was bright and airy, lots of comfortable seating and accessible from both sides of the building. Lots of parking. Everything very clean. Rooms comfortable, clean and reasonably modern. Restaurant attached open for late arrivers and early risers.

We didn't get toilet paper refilled or face clothes when they did our room on our 2nd day. I had to use my own.

room and hall could have been a little cleaner. There was garbage all throughout the halls well into the evening of our check-in and some.of the surfaces in the room were not cleaned

The room was nice and clean! New! After our first night, the cleaning staff didn’t return to do anything with our room. We stayed an extra night on our own booking! I went to the cart in the hallway to change out my towels and get extra shampoo! Poor cleaning room staff!

Loved the location. Walked to Tim’s for a coffee, just two businesses away!

There was a problem with the elevator but that was repaired.

The rooms are very nice. The beds and bedding extremely comfortable. There is a Moxies & Dennys onsite which I didn't use. The staff were very helpful

Overall, I liked the stay. I'm being picky with some things but I'm just listing the reason I can't give full stars 😔 I didn't like...a lot of noise. If you have someone above you, you can hear every step. Need shock absorbing rugs for the floor. I didn't like...the pool was small. I didn't like the view. We were just facing a building. I didn't like the pull out couch/double bed. It is uncomfortable, more comfy to just sleep in it as a couch. I didn't like the towels. The towels were not soft at all. Need some fabric softener. I didn't like that we only had one robe in our room. If there's two people on the booking then please put two robes in there. I didn't like....the elevators are the slowest elevators I ever seen. The check in staff didn't seem that excited to have us there. I didn't like that there's no complimentary breakfast. I didn't like that there was no bible in the hotel. BUT I'm grateful for what we had. thank you.

I liked that the cleaning staff did the dishes for us. We had the Kitchenette so we had some dishes to be done and they did it while we were out! So nice. I liked that you can access Moxies and Denny's from in the hotel. I liked that there's a metro bus stop right outside the hotel. I liked the coffee.

The reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We had made two separate reservations one on the Saturday night and one for the Sunday night (2 different rooms). When we arrived on the Saturday we asked if we could just do the 2 nights in the same room rather then changing rooms and reception said that it would be fine for us to stay in the one room for the two nights. Location was great for breakfast and dining.

Elevators were really slow or not working. Would have been nice to have a small breakfast included. Had to go to the another floor for ice. Sofa bed was uncomfortable for my daughter. We booked online but wished I had called to book reservation so that I could have gotten my Government rate which could not be used upon checkout.

Location was awesome and convenient. Quiet at night. Restaurants was nearby.

The cost of the room was outrageous. $315. for one night. We were there for medical reasons and because we booked on line we could not receive this rate. Ridiculous in my mind. We actually did not have a good night sleep because on our floor there was a family with children who kept us up all running up and down the hall ways screaming and swearing at the top of their lungs. Do they have security in this hotel.
